Got upgraded for free to a nicer room which was nice, however WiFi did not work whole time I was there, and half the lockers where broken aswell which was not ideal, other than that has nice terrrace and kitchen

VIOLENT RECEPTIONIST.At 2am I returned to the hotel and the receptionist let me in. While I was in the bathroom, someone started knocking; when I opened the door, it was the receptionist, visibly angry, and he locked me inside. After a while he let me out, then came to my room and spoke aggressively. I explained I don’t speak Italian and he eventually left.Feeling unsafe, I decided to leave. está un poco lejos del centro histórico (40 min caminando). el wifi no funcionaba, muchos enchufes tampoco andaban. tienen muy pocos baños para la cantidad de gente.

Ending up costing us more than a nice Airbnb. Not clean, made us pay in cash because the card machine was broken but did not give us a heads up before. Not in a good location. Would never suggest anyone stay there.

Great stay and the staff was amazing. They gave us our own room for free. Will definitely be staying here next time I’m in Rome.

Das Hostel war auffällig sauber, die dachterasse wunderschön und die Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich und sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Wir konnten unser Gepäck auch dort lassen, als wir noch nicht einchecken konnten.

Ahmed and his staff were very friendly and attentive, I enjoyed my stay so much I stayed twice :)) The guy with the curly hair was very nice also, can't remember his name

So, this is frustrating because it has so much potential. With a little care and investment it could be awesome but seems like the owners are letting it slide. The building itself is amazing, and the location is great, but there's no security to stop anyone walking into your room from off the street. There's a lack of bathroom facilities and the kitchen is not good. The roof terrace is the best asset, otherwise not much social area.

it was okay, but the beds didnt have curtains so there was no privacy and there was a mixup with my reservation, but the staff managed to fix it, the kitchen was nice and spacious, but missing some equipment, a good base for sightseeing, not a party hostel, if ur looking for a social scene, it was clean, can recommend

El personal fue muy amable y la limpieza en general estuvo bien. Sin embargo, hubo varios problemas: un baño estaba tapado, nos asignaron inicialmente una habitación incorrecta y tras el cambio se perdieron nuestras toallas, las duchas tenían poca presión y puertas en mal estado, las ventanas no cerraban y hacía mucho frío por la noche, y la cocina estaba poco equipada.

Do not book here, no locks or cards, run down bathrooms, definitely better options in the area.

It is really nice and affordable. Walk distance from colosseum. The staff is really nice. The kitchen is bit unfurnished but it will do. The terrace is beatiful!! It was safe but still all the doors are open and there is no keys or cards so that feels bit strange but there is 24h reception so I think that’s how they keep it safe. I can recommend, just there is not much heating in winter. But we came back twice so that’s all I need to say!

I only spent the night because I had an early morning flight. They changed me to twin bedroom with just another guy completely free of charge. They were very nice to me.

personal muy amable. habitaciones buenas sin embargo en la habitacion que me quedé estaba un poco fria y era porque las ventanas a la calle no cerraban al 100% y por ahi entraba el frio. habia un pequeño A/C que encendido a 30°C no ayudaba en mucho pero con las frazadas que entregan se pudo dormir.

merci pour la gentillesse et l'amabilité du personnel qui a su nous mettre dans une chambre tranquille mon papa et moi. Les lits sont très confortables avec des oreillers moelleux. La salle de bain et la douche ont été rénové, ça se voit c'est super. Je dirai que le seul point négatif est que ce sont que des COUETTES, sans drap, et je ne pense qu'elles soient lavées à chaque changement de personne donc un peu cracra.
