- la habitacion dio a la ventana de la calle, donde todo se escuchaba todo, es decir cuando tocaban la puerta del hotel en la madrugada para entrar las diferentes personas.

+ Péssima acomodacao, nao vale o valor, mesmo baixo. Agua do chuveiro nao esquenta, acaba de noite, quarto sem ventilação e aspecto se sujo.

- Quarto, ventilação, banheiro, chuveiro, comida.

+ Os funcionários são simpáticos

- O quarto era ruim, teto furado, armários danificados, não parecia muito limpo

- I booked the hotel through Agoda and paid through the website. When I arrived they said it wasn't a payment for them and charged me double the price I was shown, they said they would cancel the Aguda booking and I would receive a credit. This didn't happen and I was charged double for the room. In addition, the night I booked there was no water at all in the shower and they didn't offer a solution or refund half the money. They brought me a beach towel to clean myself with instead of a regular towel.

- Pictures when you choosing room to live in are not real and when you arrive they will put you at the basement at the completely different place than at the photo. Hostess told that the pictures for another rooms, but this is a big violation, because they can put pictures of president lux and let you sleep on the floor when you come

+ The view from the roof top is just incredible! You can't get bored of it, it really has something magical The location is great as well, really close to main square, a supermarket just 2 minutes walking distance... The Machu picchu tour seams to be good value, way cheaper than the train. However, the communication with the person in charge is quite tricky (although I am fluent in Spanish and speak it almost like my mother tongue). They take a long time to answer some questions sometimes or you have to ask 5 times for them to finally answer, it is frustrating not gonna lie. They also guaranteed me that the tour would be 2 days/one night (hotel and food included) but I ended up having to stay an extra day and find another hostal for one more night because they weren't fully transparent about the whole thing... I would recommend just taking a shuttle by yourself to la hidroelectrica (only 80 soles round trip) if you want to go see Machu picchu for cheap instead of going with a tour that will make you pay more for nothing (we were never in a "tour" really, never the same guide, 4 different phones numbers, and never with a group like the pictures show, they pretty much just take you there. You have to ask for your hotel, place to eat and everything and just figure it out by yourself... It was worth it in the sense that easier to have access to and cheaper than the train but if I had to do it again I wouldn't do it through the hostal and you shouldn't either.

- quite a few things weren't right though... the rooms are definitely not as advertised and nothing to do with the pictures. I stayed in what was supposed to be a 6 bed dormitory with a window and bathroom. They don't have it.. all the dorms are downstairs in the basement and mine had 14 beds instead of the 6 advertised... the bathroom is upstairs and honestly quite dirty + almost never any toilet paper, without forgetting that you never know if you're gonna have hot water or not... (water leaking/mold on some walls...). NB: I stayed there during the shoulder season and the room wasn't full so I got real lucky! The kitchen isn't of much use, barely any utensils and always dirty. Reception is supposed to be 24/7, I told them I would get there early in the morning in advance but when I knocked and rang the bell nobody answered, I waited almost an hour outside until someone left to finally be able to get in, just to discover that there was indeed someone at the reception but the person was actually too busy scrolling to answer the door... after a long day of travel it definitely was frustrating... The guy who was at the reception sometimes was friendly and helpful, the girl was not at all: not a small and not a single thing to try and be helpful at all! I would also recommend finding another agency to do the "valle sagrado" tour. The one the hostal sent me with wasn't really what I expected, I felt pressured all the time (do this, do that, buy this, buy that... literally treating us like children... The places they made us visit pressured us to buy all the time, like you literally can't leave the textile place without buying something, they follow you inside the whole time telling you to get motivated to buy something. I really didn't like that at all, I feel like this isn't helping you to feel comfortable and actually just makes you wanna leave and end the tour...

- Se sentía mucho ruido de la calle, nos costó dormir. En nuestro desayuno solo nos dieron pan y luego vino otra familia y le dieron huevos revueltos.
