Ich weiß nicht wem Sie, wieviel Geld gezahlt haben um einen 9.9 Sterne Bewertung zu bekommen, aber das geht nicht. Das Personal schaut einen an als würden sie jeden einzelnen ihrer zahlenden gaste hassen, sie geben einem das Gefühl, dass sie absolut gar kein Bock auf ihren Job hier haben, außerdem stehen sie hier einem dir in der Toilette anstatt 2 Minuten Privatsphäre zu respektieren. Recomiendo 100% el hostel, está en una excelente ubicación, las instalaciones son lindas, limpias, amplias. Tienen lockers con espacio. Todo el personal con muy buena disposición siempre para ayudar

Een absoluut fantastische plek met fantastisch personeel. Toen we aankwamen was het personeel ongelofelijk attent en toen ik en mijn vriendin voedsel vergiftiging kregen werden we ongelofelijk goed geholpen! Ze hebben hier ook heerlijke warme dekens!!!

Probably one of the best hostels in the world for this price. Such kind and friendly staff, everything impeccably clean and the atmosphere is great. Cannot recommend it enough!

The cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed in, and also the cheapest! Such good value for money. The dorm rooms are brilliant, spacious, and the lockers are huge!

Super nice hostel and a very friendly host Jorge. When I arrived during the night, Jorge let me into my room so I could already sleep. Definitely recommend this hostel when visiting San Cristobal!

I stayed in Xelva for two weeks and I have to say everything was great. Hot showers, comfortable beds, coworking space and a nice terrasse. The vibe is pretty chill but very easy to meet other people. I definitely recommend it!

This is a great new place and I feel it will only get better as I have seen hard-working people with nothing but good intentions. Friendly staff, new and clean rooms, working area and terraces (2). Minimal but acceptable kitchen. Just missing a sharp knife and it's a bit small when the hostel is at capacity.

It's all amazing! I love it! I would stay there for more 1 month if I could haha The staffs are really great people. I am so happy that I stayed there.
