I called to inform staff I would be arriving late for my check in. I arrived and my sheets were disgusting. Stains and bed all over the place. Looks like someone just left hours before I arrived. I was exhausted from travel and the sheets definitely were not touched. Every night yes every night there’s this person yelling outside and it gets obnoxious. I’m not sure if it’s a homeless person but it’s every night… so be prepared for that. The elevator doesn’t work at times nd I was on ...

Functional hostel with cute terrace area that looks over Madrid! Has a microwave, but no hob for cooking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and staff were very friendly :)
The hostel has no real kitchen. The so called "kitchen" consists of a microwave and a fridge. You can't cook anything there.
Leider sehr dreckig und wir haben mit einer Ameisenfamilie zusammen gewohnt. Die Küche war eher schlecht ausgestattet und es gibt wenig Platz in der "Community-area". kaugumis an der Bettwand...
Beautiful hostel, really nice and clean, great view. Only downsides were that the elevator doesn't go to all floors, meaning you will have to carry your luggage at least 1-2 staircases up, and that towels were not actually provided (even though the info stated it). Otherwise everything perfect.

I stayed for two nights in the women's room and didn't find any problems with the cleanliness. The only thing was that my bed wasn't made when I got there, so I had to do it, but I didn't mind. This hostel is in the PERFECT location if you're a tourist trying to explore like me. It was close to everything, and I didn't have to Uber once. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I didn't have to pay to store my bags like other reviews said. I would recommend.
No place to leave my bike, wich I was very disappointed about. Rooms are ok, no privacy and not much space for luggage.

I booked this hostel specifically for the 'Pod/Curtain' beds advertised in the photos, as I was traveling for important exams and needed the privacy/light control. Upon arrival, my bed was the only one in the room without a curtain. When I brought this discrepancy to the staff's attention, they were dismissive and flatly refused to move me or provide a solution. Me quede en la habitación femenino. Super comodo, limpio y sin ningún inconveniente. Si hubo algún problema lo resolvieron al instante. Super recomendable Queda en pleno centro de Madrid muy cómodo para moverte.
A estrutura dos quartos é ruim e não me senti confortável durante a estadia. Já fiquei em muitos hostels em diversos lugares e, de acordo com minhas experiências, este foi um dos piores em todos os aspectos. Uma coisa que achei bem negativa é que nunca tinha acontecido comigo antes, foi o hostel cobrar para guardar a bagagem após o check-out. Für eine Nacht kann man es machen, aber es war nicht sehr sauber, die Küche war schlecht ausgestattet und es hat komisch gerochen. Toiletten gab es nur auf den Zimmern und nicht in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

Llegamos para hacer el check in, las camas no estaban listas. Muy sucia la pieza y tuve que hacer cambio a una de solo mujeres por lo anterior. Finalmente no hicieron la devolución de la prima de 15 euros
O local é muito bem localizado e fomos muito bem atendidas, quanto a isso não há o que reclamar. Minha única sugestão é que informem o quantitativo de escadas para chegar a cozinha, pois uma pessoa com mobilidade reduzida poderia ter alguma dificuldade. No mais, recepção sempre recebendo com educação. O quarto era aquecido e a roupa de cama ok. Banheiro limpo.
