I had an incredibly stressful experience here and had to leave in the middle of the night. After checking into my private room, I found clear traces of bed bugs on the mattress. When I alerted the host, they had me check a different room upstairs to see if I would switch. Upon inspecting that second room, I found another actual live bed bug. Really nice place to stay! The owners are very nice and the beds really comfortable

The property is nice, nice toilet and the dorm are amazing. The beds are almost double bed and super soft with a nice balcony. The staff is welcoming and kind and try to help and support you during your staying there

The homestay is located right by the river, offering a beautiful view. The room is very clean, and the mattress is extremely comfortable. Most importantly, Strong is very friendly and helpful. He provides everything you need in Phong Nha. I will definitely come back here!!
