We had an amazing stay here!! Friendly staff, clean spacious room and great location!!!

Khangsar Hostel is doing it's job very well. Simple, clean and they provide a simple breakfast and do have hot showers. The owner was a little bit too much into business (selling treks). He is just a provider and gets commission and doesn't have an own trekking company.

Very good property located in main road of kathmandu where if you come out of the hostel its full of shopping street. Can chose this for budget friendly stay with decent facilities. Don't expect a luxury stay here

The only little thing i can say, it can be a bit noisy during the week-end but everything else was perfect ! The room was nice, the location, the team is kind. I recommend :)

Lovely friendly people, really recommend staying here. The rooms are really clean and spacious and the staff are always there if you need anything at all. Also very handy for staying close to city centre and very safe. They have lots of travel recommendations and can help sort trips and excursions like safaris and trekking. Definitely stay!

I come back to this place every time I’m in Kathmandu – the value is just unmatched. The location is right in Thamel, which means a bit of noise, but honestly the convenience and the standard of the rooms make up for it. Exactly what I expect at this price point. The staff and the manager are consistently friendly, professional and really helpful.

A great property in an ideal location. The place was clean, the staff were fantastic and super helpful. They also have a great range of tours and excursions you can book through them. Overall a great place to stay and a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay! The hostel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. They also helped me organize my trekking and tours in Nepal, including the Everest Base Camp trek, which was an amazing experience. I really enjoyed the warm hospitality and good atmosphere — highly recommended for anyone visiting Kathmandu!
