Staff are lovely, quick laudry and beds and bathroom appliences are clean. However, there is mould throughout on the walls and ceilings. I'm not usually one to complain about hard beds but these were so bad they hurt if you sleep on your side and there seemed to be an an extremely loud karaoke olace near by, though fortunately this didnt go on too late.

Good hostel for crashing off the night bus - ideal location and communicated about where the keys would be. Comfy beds and clean toilets. Not very social, but a good option to get a good nights sleep before exploring Sapa. They let us store our bags there the day after we had checked out when waiting for a night bus.

It’s an okay hostel for a night after doing the ha giang loop as it is close to where the bus drops you off. However the room smelt damp and it wasn’t the cleanest. I wouldn’t stay for more than a night

The staff was really friendly from the start and I left my laundry with them at 8pm and it was already done the next morning. Breakfast was also included in the dorm I stayed in. The only downside was that there was no curtains on the beds in my dorm.

+ The hotel is very convenient, only a few minutes’ walk from the bus station. The Sapa night market is also close by, perfect for evening walks, local food, and shopping. You really don’t need any transportation to get around.

Really good place to stop off for the night from the bus - staff left a key out and we paid in the morning and they were friendly. However, bed was unfortunately really quite hard and cleaners really loud early morning (7am)!

+ The host is very welcoming and makes you feel at home from the first moment. On cold nights, the electric blanket is a big plus and keeps the room warm and cozy.

+ The hotel is in a great central location, just a short walk to Sapa Lake and the town center. Many cafés, restaurants, and attractions are nearby, so it’s very easy to explore on foot. The area is lively but still comfortable to relax at night.

Only stayed here one night, but I arrived around 3 pm, checked in and paid, walked up the 5 flights of stairs and then was told that there was no water, but that it should be back soon. They were very apologetic about it, but the water didn't come back till 11:30 pm. I understand this was not the staffs fault and they were very apologetic about it, but there were no alternative solutions offered, had to ask if there was a working toilet nearby so it was annoying. Ok for a place to put your head.
