The woman running this hostel is super rude. I forgot to pay, and immediately reported me, even though I paid her back in around an hour. She didn’t take payment at the start of the stay like every other hostel, and didn’t even mention it. But was surprised when I forgot the next day. She nitpicked little things like water on the floor after a shower to try to justify her behaviour. There is no doorbell on the door, I saw a cockroach on the kitchen floor, and the dogs are quite aggressive...

Amazing hostel! Felt like a cosy home with a warm welcome and staff that is always there to help you and give recommendations. They’re also very open to feedback and you can really tell that they are trying to grow and do better every day :) I did the wellknown “una noche mas” twice here. Great location as well, close to the city but in a calmer area with beautiful views. Gracias chicas xx

El mejor hostal en el que he estado desde que empecé a viajar. El lugar es increíble, rodeado de naturaleza. El ambiente es familiar y tranquilo… me sentí como en casa. El personal es muy simpático; salíamos juntos cuando había ocasión. Si tengo la oportunidad, volveré. ¡Gracias, Paola y Diana! ❤️

I really enjoyed my stay at Ohana. I think in the end I stayed for a week? Both Paola and Diana were lovely people that recommended a lot of nice places, helped me and another traveler when we were sick, and genuinly cared about how we were doing and our experience. The amount of people differed from day to day, but everyone that came in was just lovely, and it created a good atmosphere where we would go out on day and evening trips. The hostel itself is also very nice, just outside the centre. ...

The hostel was good. A bit quiet but that's more because of the quiet town with not a lot of backpackers. The staff was really kind! They helped me get back some stuff that I lost, so very grateful for that. Gracias!

It’s a lovely hostel close to the centre of Villa de Leyva and at the same time surrounded by nature! The people working at the hostel were super sweet and Diana also took us on a trip to a secret “lagoon”! The house is super cozy and has everything to make you feel home! We would always come back here!

Das Hostel ist ein kleines Paradies. Sehr gemütlich und ruhig. Paola ist super lieb und hat viele Tips für Villa de Leyva und Umgebung. Sie hat mir auch das Kulturzentrum gezeigt und mich mit auf den Markt genommen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!

Super hostel, calme et charmant, un peu a l’écart pour être tranquille mais loin de rien. Attention cependant, deux chiens sont sur place, un beige, trop chou, et une petite teigne noire (chou aussi)

A beautiful property, a cute tiny garden, and lovely dog and probably the kindest people you could find in Villa de Leyva. I’ve stayed only two nights but it was amazing. Strongly recommended :))

Un lujo de sitio. Tanto las habitaciones, el entorno y sobretodo el trato personal. Super recomendable 10/10

TL;DR: I enjoyed the hostel so much that I stayed there a second time It’s a really nice house with a yard for parking. It was clean with a decent kitchen. There’s even a grill outside. It’s a 5 minute walk from downtown, which makes it very peaceful and quiet. Met some cool people and we hiked to Las Cárcavas

Très bon hostel ! Nous avons été super bien accueillis par Paola. Vous pouvez cuisiner sur place. Deux petits chiens vous tiendront compagnie ainsi qu’un chat. L’extérieur et le jardin donnent du charme à cette maison rénovée en hostel, vous pouvez manger dehors au soleil. Vous êtes proche du centre de la ville à pied et de la station de bus.

Merci à Paola et à son compagnon Andréas pour l’accueil , une ambiance chaleureuse et un réel partage , du calme , de l’espace et de la rencontre !

Me quedé cerca de una semana en Ohana Hostel y el lugar rápidamente se convirtió en un hogar. Lo que más aprecié fueron esos home & family vibes tan genuinos, presentes de forma natural y nada intrusiva. La casa está preciosamente ubicada para quienes buscan enraizar su viaje y poder moverse entre momentos de tranquilidad, paz y sencillez, y las actividades culturales o externas en las que una se sumerge cuando viaja. Para mí, el hecho de que quede a unos 10 minutos caminando del centro ...

Gracias a Paola y Andrés para todo, para compartir un rato con una cerveza, las indicaciones también 🙏🏽 Son tan amables, te ayudan para todo, nos vemos pronto amigos !
