+ Equipe accueillante, logement près du centre. Chambre confortable et propre. Salle de bain privée.
+ Paula was very friendly and helpful as well as the owner Juan who spoke perfect English. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable enough for me sleep. The breakfast was delicious and filling.
- The shower is a bit troublesome for me to use as it's either too hot or too cold.
This place felt like a second home.Sebastian and his team (Ramona, Kevin, and Charlie) are genuinely good people. The vibe here is so natural and warm that after three weeks, I started to feel like I belonged here.The breakfast is really good, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is always ready to help with anything. Kevin is incredibly helpful, Charlie is a seriously talented artist, and Ramona always has a smile on her face.The highlight was definitely the river trip Sebastian organized

+ Muy lindo y buen desayuno. Posición perfecta.
- No están bien organizados para hacer tours. Todavía espero que me contesten para hacer un recorrido, però eso pasa muchas veces en Colombia…
+ El desayuno no lo tenía incluido, pero al llegar me dijeron que sí lo tenía. Es el típico de Colombia. No tíene TV. El personal es muy simpático y agradable. Está a unos 5 minutos de la plaza principal andando.
- El colchón tiene una funda de plástico, que hace ruido molesto, y además, al no transpirar, te da más calor. El aislamiento acústico es muy malo, y se siente mucho ruido de los demás huéspedes. Además en la noche tiene una pizzería q da cenas y es ruidoso.
+ El dueño Juan fue muy amable y me ayudo en planear mis actividades en Popayán. El lugar está super lindo, las habitaciones cómodas y los volontarios muy simpáticos

+ Great hostel right in the center, but still quiet at night. Haven't tried the pizza but it seems like a very popular place. Hosts were kind and even prepared me breakfast earlier as I had to catch a bus

- Rien de bien grave, mais le couvre matelas est en matière plastifiée ce qui fait que les draps se défont dans la nuit.
+ Friendly greeting on arrival. The breakfast was lovely. Location in a nice part of the city.
- Room was tiny. No hot water. No window in room. Not enough space to organise luggage. Plastic sheet on bed. Very noisy in the evenings when Pizza Club was on 6-10pm. Very limited places to sit for eating or relaxing.
Like this hostel. Owners were nice and informative.

+ Nous avons été chouchoutés lors de notre séjour prolongé à Popayan dû à une chute avant malheureusement un rapatriement Nos hôtes se sont occupés d'appeler les premiers secours, de gérer les traductions nécessaires au rapatriement et de nous trouver chaque soir un lit. Merci à toute l'équipe. Quel chaleureux accueil. L' hôtel est par ailleurs très joli. Bon petit déjeuner
