Amazing hostel, very clean and had all the needed facilities with areas for socialising! Giany and Mar were great hosts and made a great atmosphere.

Hat mir leider nicht gut gefallen. In den Zimmern gab es kein schließfach nur im gemeinschaftsraum. Man muste durch die Küche um zur Toilette und dusche zu kommen. Das einzig positive war die Rezeptionistin die super lieb war.

Stanza microscopica con 2 letti a castello senza spazio per muoversi e SENZA prese di corrente, per non parlare di lucine per i letti. Un solo bagno per tutto l'ostello e una scala per andare dal pian terreno che più che una scala è una trappola...stretta e angusta, se la si fa con lo zaino sulle spalle si resta incastrati con il soffitto. Da evitare come la peste

Superbe établissement, très propre, calme et une hôte très accueillante.

Ein sehr süßes familiäres Hostel in Puerto Natales. Die Besitzerin war sehr zuvorkommen und lieb. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Hostel war sehr sauber, Supermärkte und Cafés sind fußläufig erreichbar.

L'auberge est récente et tenue par une gérante vraiment adorable ! À taille humaine (peu de lits). C'est très propre et on s'y sent bien. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle. Service de laverie. Allez-y les yeux fermés

18 mins walking to the bus station and 12 mins to the central. The room is quiet small, when walking on the second floor, it always made noise. Only one bath room downstairs, the toilet and shower area are fit in the same room, a bit busy at night and morning. While the kitchen is fully equipped and a large dinning room for social. The staff is quite helpful. Charged for luggage storage.

Not a great location & not a lot of energy or atmosphere but very clean and comfortable

A wee way out of town, but not too bad I guess. Kitchen was nice and big and had everything you need. Only one bathroom for entire hostel (toilet-shower combo) which is common for area, but super annoying. Rooms were pretty small, flimsy bunks, okay beds. So much room for improvement

Nice hostel with a social atmosphere, good kitchen facilities and the staff were really nice and helpful! Only downside is there is only 1 toilet when you’re not in the en-suite room

Honestly this was my best hostel experience. Giany was the best host I have ever met, she truly makes you feel like family. She would make me tea and give me soup even if I wasn’t staying at the hostel anymore and even offered me a volunteering job. This hostel feels very warm, there is one big table so everybody eats together and talks to each other. I spent many hours playing cards with other guests. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everybody!

Vraiment top ! Gianni est vraiment quelqu'un d'adorable, on sent qu'elle aime accueillir des gens et ça fait plaisir à voir ☺️ son hostel est bien situé, calme et propre ! Le prix est tour à fait cohérent ! Seule petite recommandation en plus : mettre un toilette en plus serait vraiment parfait ! 😉

The hostel is very nice, clean, and well maintained, with lots of thoughtful details. The only downside, in my opinion, is the limited space in the common areas. There could be more tables and chairs, as the main table only fits a few people and feels a bit cramped. Other than that, everything else was great and enjoyable.

Es una hostal con potencial pero hay un solo baño para toda la hostal, además, el baño está en frente del comedor, muy incomodo. Las literas no son de muy buena calidad, se mueven suenan un montón o al menos en la que dormí yo. No hay cámaras de seguridad, ante cualquier situación no hay respaldo. El espacio para comer es grande pero 1 sola mesa, podrían poner dos mesitas y quedaría bien. En general es súper limpio y bonito, pero detalles para mejorar.

Small room and they don’t have a lockers in the room, only one bathroom in the 1 floor to all the guest…

Giannina ist eine super Gastgeberin, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Nahe zum Zentrum und zur Costanera, einen Lebensmittelladen gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Die Zimmer sind recht klein und haben keine Schliessfächer. Zimmer, Badezimmer und Küche/Aufenthaltsraum immer sauber. :) Danke Giannina!

Petite Hostel très agréable. Gianni est très sympa. C’était propre, literie confortable. À deux pas du bord du lac, 15 minutes de la rue la plus commerçante. Une salle de bain qui contient les toilettes pour 8 c’est un peu juste, ça crée des bouchons par moment.

El hostel es muy bonito, sobre todo la cocina es grande y muy limpia! La dueña del hostel es muy amable y crea un ambiente acogedor!!

We had a really great stay at the hostel. It’s very clean and the staff are very friendly. It’s a few minutes further from the center, but in this case I’m happy to accept the extra distance.
