+ Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Las instalaciones se han reformado hace poco y está todo muy nuevo. Habitación muy amplia y todo muy limpio. La persona que nos atendió a la la llegada muy amable

+ Camera spaziosa e pulita, arredata in modo semplice e moderno con molto buon gusto, con zone comuni per relax e cucina attrezzata. Posizione a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal Balcon de Europa, e molto vicina ad un'ampia area di parcheggio libero e gratuito (impossibile trovare parcheggio in aree più vicine al mare). Self check in con istruzioni precise e puntuali.

+ Logement bien situé, chambres fon tonnelles et propres. Parties communes propres . Le plus une toiture terrasse bien aménagée. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

+ Las estancias estaban limpias, una gran relación calidad precio. El personal fue atento.

- El espacio de la ducha estrecho, no había estante para poder poner los jabones y geles. No sabíamos si había Wifi. Al menos no estaba anunciado o accesible.

+ Gute Lage für einen Aufenthalt in Nerja. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

- Ein paar Haken im Bad wären gut. Sehr wenig Ablagefläche. Der Boden war leider nicht so sauber. Man hat es an den Schuhen gesehen.

+ Super lokacija, v bližini veliko brezplačno parkirišče. Hkrati le kratek sprehod do centra oz. morja. Všeč so mi bili balkonček nad ulico, terasa in možnost uporabe skupne kuhinje. Izven časa check-ina možnost prevzema ključa preko ključavnice, kar je zelo priročno.

- The property is generally fine, clean and comfortable.  We had a few issues though:  1) The TV is tiny. 2) They refused to provide a kettle.  3) The property has a small hostel-type shared kitchen.  A largish bag of fresh food went missing from it and (when I phoned and asked) the owner said he took it "by mistake".  He then became aggressive on the phone, hung up, and wouldn't answer when I phoned again.  The food was not returned. 4) Another personal item went missing from our room.  We don't know who took it.
