Neska Polita Hostel

+ The room was nice and clean and the hot shower is great. Patio, common areas and the kitchen are also very clean and comfortable. The people were super nice and helpful. The location is perfect, very close to the parque central.

+ The place was amazing and comfortable. Very well located and the staff was helpful.

- I know it wasn’t they’re fault but they run out of water overnight and until the morning so we couldn’t have a shower or use the toilet, however this was an issue related to the council and not them but a place like that should have a water box for this emergencies and also should have notified us about the work. Also a little issue was the front door was tricky to work out to open the door and because they don’t have staff in the hostel we just had to knock the for and luckily another guest open the door. Nothing criminal with these issues just little things that work better communication could have been avoided.

+ Gute Lage und unser Zimmer war blitz blank sauber.

+ Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind gross und die Unterkunft verfügt über eine Küche, die gut ausgestattet ist.

- Das Zimmer hat nur ein Fenster in den Gang dadurch ist es eher stickig und schlecht lüftbar. Das Badezimmer hat gar kein Fenster, daher entkommt die Feuchtigkeit gar nicht. Allgemein ist es sehr dunkel in der Unterkunft.

+ Staff were lovely and a great dining area with good kitchen, free coffee and water. Room and bed were very comfortable with nice hot water shower.

- Touch pricey but it was Easter in Juayua.

- Gemeinschaftsbad wurde nicht täglich geputzt, Ventilatoren sind sehr laut

+ Couldn’t ask for a better location. Gosh was super responsive and very helpful. The private room was great and not loud at all. Very good value for money.

- A mattress topper would be great in the double bed in the private room as it’s very firm.

+ The rooms were great, with a very comfortable bed and fantastic staff. A little gem and very classy. Really good central location and nice quiet Aircon. Great area to relax in and a new and modern looking kitchen in the share area. Could leave luggage before and after

+ Todo! Alojamiento limpio, amplio, bonito. Patio central súper agradable, ubicación excelente. Contacto con el propietario sin problema. Agua calkente. Excelente opción de alojamiento en Juayua.

+ Very cut hostel, drcorated with tlc, lots of space, very clean, great location opposite supermarket. The lady was super sweet. Nice kitchen, good matrasses. Maybe just one bathroom for a 5 bed dorm not so good, but since we were only 3 it wasn't an issue

+ Nice place, calm. Good location. Very nice people. You could ask anything and they answered fast and helped you in english. :)

- We had double bed and single bed. Double bed was rock hard
