- På deras bilder och information finns turkisk hamam när jag frågade receptionen dem sagt att dem har inte Kuddar jättegammal och obekväm När vi har checkat in rum luktade avlopp Frukost det var inte bra Personal varit jätte snälla och hjälpsam.

+ Nice hotel for a few days stay. Good location! Very helpful and friendly staff!

+ Breakfast is not good. Also, if we request to boil eggs of our choice or scrambled egg of out choice they ask extra money

- At the time of booking they show a room in picture with one double bed and 1 single bed. So i booked it without letting know how many person we are. We are 3 together. They charged me extra for 1 person. I didn’t like it. It was confusing at the time of booking

+ Hotel was clean and rooms where brilliant however there was no iron an asked for a iron they said they dont provide one which was a downer i would recommend they should look into having a iron for each room also one of the hotel receptionist that doesnt speak english his rude an arrogant attitude stinks looks like he doesnt even wana be there the one who does speak english he was amazing made the stay worth it also breakfast needs option wasnt much for breakfast location is amazing near to all tourist attraction

+ Excepting location, the place is looked after rather sleepily. When we entered at 9.30 am the lights had not been switched on in the reception lobby. I had to ask for light so I could get my luggage in. The rooms are clean to sleep in but that's about it. The shower area looks clean. I didn't probe because I was in a rush. The breakfast for us as vegetarians was a let down. No warm dishes for us. Even the bread was cold. The photos were misleading. They do not even have an ironbox to spare.

+ Локация очень удобная. Рядом трамвай и центр города. Завтраки разные, даже персонал приготовил моему малышу манную кашу, которая сами предоставили. Каждый день убирали.

+ De kamers waren ruim en er waren ook genoeg bedden, en ontbijt was lekker ,, en locatie was in het centrum

- Ik had meerdere kamers geboekt bij sommige kamers deed de lockers niet,, en shower was ook kapot , Eigenlijk veel spullen in de kamers moesten wel vervangen worden omdat er waren oud en kapot

+ Чисто, убираются в номере каждый день, полотенца меняют тоже каждый день. Завтрак всегда свежее и в достаточном количестве.

- Нет услуги хим чистки, что не очень удобно. Нет в комнате электрического чайника, мы с малышом ездили и нам каждый раз за кипятком в низ в лобби надо было спускаться, что бы ребенку кашу приготовить ( В лифте, в лобби, в коридоре очень жарко, душно.

+ الموقع وسط المدينة وكثير من الاشياء والمطاعم والكافيهات والمول قريبة جدا من الموقع

- رائحة الغرف سيئة جدا جدا وكانك ساكن داخل صرف صحي وايظا موظف الاستقبال حسين اصبح يدافع ومحامي عن اصحاب التكاسي الذين يطالبون بمبالغ اظافية عن ماتم الاتفاق عليه واجبرنا على الجلوس في لوبي الفندق لمدة تزيد عن 30 دقيقة حتى ندفع مبلغ اظافي غير المتفق عليه لصاحب التكسي ، وايظا طلب من الروم سيرفس عدم تنظيف الغرف الخاصة بنا عدد 3 غرف
