+ Everything: I would like to recommend Kinti Coliving. It’s pretty new place opened I think in January. I was one of the first guest and I loved it! Let me start from location: I think it’s perfect in Mancora. It’s very close to main street, but it’s also very peaceful and quiet. 5min walking to the beach. 2 min from the best coffee in town. Whole area is nice- there some hidden gems close by (Palmera coffee, Cevicheria Mancora). Rooms are very nice- it has everything that you need, desk, place to keep your clothes and bathroom. I liked a lot open kitchen when people can socialize and a coworking area at the top where you can work, chill or do yoga. And also it’s green! It has plants, a little bit of grass, many birds around and even colibris :) It’s also clean (the lady comes every day) and kitchen is well equipped. There is also water and coffee available for everybody anytime. I like the vibe a lot, it has very good energy. If you don’t see many reviews it’s only because place is new, but it’s really great quality in Mancora. Current host- Helen is doing great job, taking care of the place, being very helpful and nice. + Top Co-Living accommodation, where I had the chance to meet like-minded travelers. The room and beds were very comfy, it has a very nice spacious terrace and the shared spaces are really great. It was a great price/benefit stay, very close to the beach and the manager Helene and the owners were very welcoming and made my stay even more enjoyable! As a last point, the place is really a 5 mins walk to the beach and far away enough from the street/party noise, which makes the place fairly quiet and even more enjoyable (I stayed there for 4x nights). Highly recommendable and I hope I can come back!

+ Excelente ubicación! Muy cerca al mar, llegas caminando en menos de 10 minutos. El cuarto y los espacios compartidos siempre estaban muy limpios y ordenados. Es un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo para pasar unos días cerca a la playa. Denis y su socia siempre estuvieron atentos y nos brindaron muy buenas recomendaciones de la zona. Todo increíble. Gracias!

+ Superbe endroit à deux pas de la plage ! Denis m’a super bien accueilli et orienté Le gros + c’est l’espace de coworking idéal pour les digital nomades, avec vue sur la mer en plus ! 🏝️ Il y a aussi possibilité d’utiliser la cuisine partagée! Les chambres sont très confortables on s’y repose bien ☺️

+ I previously stayed at their other property (Kinti Guest House) and had a great experience, which is why I chose them again. This time it was full, so they offered me a room in the brand new coliving. I loved it, it keeps the same high standards as the other one (very clean, great design, attention to detail), but with bigger shared spaces and a beautiful coworking terrace. Fast WiFi, unbeatable location. I’m really thankful to Denis , the owner, he’s a legend. Highly recommended for long-term stays.

- Of course, I would have loved to pay a bit less, but honestly it’s worth it. It’s really hard to find proper coworking close to the surf spot.
