- We asked the staff to arrange a texi to the airport (as it is written in the info) and they just told us the texi driver is not available and that’s it. Can’t help us with that. More than that the room is not clean enough.

- The staff were diabolical. I booked a room. Their best 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. Because first it was my birthday and my daughter and her fiancée were staying with my wife and I. It was to also say goodbye to my daughter so we could all be together in one property. They put in a terrible room and blamed Booking.com for messing up the booking who I will be contacting to discuss. The reservation manager was very rude to me and my daughter. He said you should not stay in hotels if you cannot afford it. We asked for his name. He refused. My daughter asked for a later check out by 1 hr. The manager said they had no one coming in the room but wanted 4000 bhat. Eventually we had to pay 2000 baht. Just to get our deposit back. They scammed me on the taxi to the airport. I want a full refund for the room and my 2000 baht Back. I will discuss with booking com as the room I booked they mis advertised and I think they are doing this often. Booking com clearly sent my booking for the best room which I paid for. They tried to blame booking com for the error.

- Man musste sich die Terrasse mit den Nachbarn teilen. Und diese konnten von dieser auch in das Zimmer schauen. Das war in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung nicht heraus lesen. Frühstück war am Pool mit echt tollen View. Aber es gab beim Frühstück kein guten Sonnenschutz und es war sehr warm und gefühlt wie in der Sauna trotz dry Season.

+ Nagyon szép környezetben található a szálloda, szép kilátással a tengerre. Mivel dombon helyezkedik el a szobákba golfkocsival szállítanak. Kora reggel hagytuk el a szobát, amit nagyon rugalmasan kezeltek. Megbeszelt időben várt minket a golfkocsi a szobánknál a taxi pedig a recepción.

- A medencénél napközben bömböltetik a zenét, ami ha ott szeretnél pihenni nem éppen jó. Többször kellett emiatt szólni de nagyon nem foglalkoztak vele, ahogy azzal sem hogy ugyan ezt tapasztaltuk este is, es mivel közel volt a szobánk este 23 orakkor meg hangosan szólt a zene akkor is szólni kellett. Általában az ember ha ilyen szállást választ azert teszi mert pihenni kikapcsolódni akar, ha bulira vágynék a parti szallasok között kerestem volna. Ez nagyon negatívnak gondoljuk. A falak vékonyak a szomszéd szobából minden áthallatszik, meg az is hogy ha a fürdőben engedik a vizet.

+ L’emplacement du logement se trouve qu’à 5/10 min en Grab Scooter (taxi qui ne vous coûtera qu’entre 1,20€ et 1,50€) du centre ville, honnêtement ça peux même se faire à pied en comptant 30/40 minutes et la plage est accessible que depuis le centre ville. Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment aux petits soins, très gentils tout le long du voyage à toujours tout faire pour qu’on se sentent bien ! Le matin vous arrivez aux petits déjeuners et ils sont là pour vous, petite musique relaxante, au bord de la piscine vraiment géniale ! (attention les cafés qu’ils vous proposent le matin sont payants !) Ils ont des navettes qui vous déposent devant votre chambre car tout le site est en montée donc c’est rapidement fatiguant mais ils ne vous laissent jamais le monter seuls :) la chambre est grande et spacieuse, le lit est confortable même s’il est vraiment dur finalement on a quand même bien dormit !

- Même si nos vacances étaient exceptionnel, il y a quand même deux trois points à préciser … Le matin, dès 8h vous entendrez le personnel passer le balais JUSTE devant votre chambre avec un bruit en boucle qui est vraiment pas agréable, après ils vont passer la souffleuse pour retirer les feuilles et tout ça avant 10h :/ même si l’hôtel y est pour rien, sachez que vous entendrez également un oiseau vous réveillez tous les matins avec un hurlement très désagréable les toilettes de notre chambre étaient capricieuses.. nous avons dû appeler à plusieurs reprises le personnel pour qu’ils règlent le problème de la chasse d’eau qui ne marchait pas. La terrasse de notre chambre était commune avec les voisins d’à côté, aucune intimité possible et le sentiment de déranger dès qu’il y avait quelqu’un… Ne comptez pas laver votre linge sale à l’hôtel, ils vous demanderont 50 baht (1,36€) par PIÈCES oui par pièces à laver… c’est excessivement cher nous avons dû aller dans le centre

- Meget urutineret personale - måske pga personalemangel i højsæson? Blev lovet daglig opredning/rengøring/nyt vand, men i løbet af 4 dage kom de kun 1 gang - kl. 16, hvor vi lige var kommet hjem fra tur og hvilende. Det er ikke særligt professionelt. Bestilte taxi til lufthavnen ved afrejse og forudbetalte dagen før - taxi kom først da vi rykkede for den. Endnu et eksempel på urutineret personale, hvoraf de fleste talte meget dårligt engelsk.
