Excellent place to stay!

I made a reservation and then cancelled 24 hours in advance. I notified them and it was accepted, but they still charged me the full amount. so i want a refund please

Best place ever nice clean and a wonderful staff

This house was incredible There was a huge hall with lots of instruments, very comfortable seatings and a great atmosphere PLUS a second room with games, PLUS a very good organised kitchen PLUS a good breakfast with tea or coffee , pancakes, and eggs PLUS a hot tub behind the house, PLUS a very comfortable Veranda with view on the lake PLUS very friendly hosts. I strongly recommend this to anybody who wants to stay in a place which is managed with love and enthusiasm.

This is one of the better hostels I've stayed in. I'm only knocking off one star because cleanliness could be a little better (although my expectations are not high for hostels) but primarily because the hostel's website advertised amenities that didn't exist, at least in my shared room. No memory foam mattress, view from the window, electrical outlet, etc. I'm a big fan of truth in advertising. Still though, I would stay here again.

The dorm was a little hard to sleep in but only because another guest drom Malta kept getting phone calls- and answering them!- in the middle of the night… We asked her several times to turn her phone off.. but no luck. Otherwise all was great!

An amazing stay all-round, the staff were incredible throughout! It feels so homely and it’s an easy walk into the village, everything is quickly accessible. A special shout-out to Jimmy for helping get the car up and running in the snow. Would 100% recommend to anyone and will definitely return!

Cozy hostel in the woods with a good vibe

It was a really good hostel experience. The location is fantastic. The hostel was within walking distance of the village, and has a lovely view from the patios. There is a little hot tub and a beautiful common space. Even when an issue did arise (at no fault to the hostel) management was quick to take care of it and keep everyone safe and happy.

I really loved the atmosphere here and would have been happy to stay longer than I did. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. As a first time hostel experience, I appreciated how the staff chose a room that would ensure my comfort and sense of safety (as a woman solo traveler). There was some noise at night, but generally the place felt pretty well sound proof too. In a way I may have gotten lucky there were only a few people staying here, but socially this feels like a fun place if busy.

Had a fantastic time at the hostel, it felt like home. The host was super welcoming, there were cool people and fun (music) events. Be sure to ask for a trip to the cliffs or a cool hike, the staff will be there to help make your stay even nicer :)

Jackie was so nice and welcoming. The place is cute and on a great location close restaurants.

Really lovely hostel and a perfect place to relax while thru hiking the PCT. A lovely doggy will welcome you at the door too! We had a private room which was beautiful and had a big TV so that we could watch some movies. We got free pancakes, strawberries and watermelon for breakfast. Amazing hostel!

Great hostel. beautiful old lodge. really enjoyed the poarch staff was great, plenty of local knowledge and helpful and friendly. wasn't aware it was a huge pct hostel until i arrived but that made the experience better. loved my stay.

I’m a repeat at BB Hostel. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, coffee shops. It has a nice vibe, the rooms and facilities are clean, and I liked the common areas with fireplace, lounge and comfy chairs to hang out.

My first hostel experience. Pretty cool!

This was our first Hostel experience. My Son and I had a great visit and would do it again in an instant.

I had a wonderful time staying here. As a solo woman traveler, I felt very safe and welcomed by the staff. They are very hospitable. I felt very safe walking around town on my town.

Wonderful stay. Peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. All staff was welcoming and pleasant. Shoutout to Bruno for being so accommodating and Yogi for making me feel at home.
