The Bunker Hostal Ella

I didn’t like my stay here, it was a bit too far from the city, and because here tuk tuk are so expensive it isn’t worth it, and also a looot of insects because they pass under the door, and probably because of the war and the low season, there was no one so a bit depressing, it was not bad, just not for me

The receptionist was friendly. But in general, if you are travelling solo is very very far from the center, so you have to take Tuk Tuk. For me Doenst work if you have just a short time in Ella.

We really liked our Stay At the Bunker Hostal, the terrace is so nice and the stuff was really nice and friendly! we can recommend to book a cooking class with the hostal! the family was so sweet and nice!

Could enjoy the silence of the jungle, while still being able to walk to the city center. Lovely staff and good water pressure in shower. Will also recommend going to the restaurant «Urban roots» down the street:)

Noch sehr neu, man muss sehr weit gehen um ins Zentrum zu kommen. Alleine würde ich das im Dunkeln definitiv nicht gehen. Die Hosts sind aber sehr lieb! Wir waren die einzigen, also nicht sehr Social

Tolles Hostel mit sehr nettem Host! Nayomi hat mir viele tolle Tipps gegeben und mir geholfen einen Transport zu organisieren! Betten waren bequem und das Bad sauber. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Mann muss aber ca. 20 Minuten zur Hauptstraße laufen und es ist etwas hügelig.

The hostel is basic but you have everything you need. The host is very friendly!

Ich war im Bunker Hostel für zwei Nächte und hab’s total geliebt! Mitten in der Natur und trotzdem nur 1km zu Fuß von Ellas Mainstreet entfernt. Die Zimmer sind hübsch und alles ist bunt :) draußen ist eine sehr gemütliche Chill-Ecke und die Hostel-Besitzerin Nayomi ist unfassbar lieb! Ich war sehr sehr gerne dort und kann es nur weiterempfehlen! Wäre gerne länger geblieben 🌞❤️
