Hillside Hostel & Bungalows

Este hostel es el resultado de un lugar creado desde el corazón. Aunque mi estancia fue corta, la paz que me dejó este sitio se queda conmigo para siempre. Las mejores vistas de la isla para ver el amanecer, zonas comunes maravillosas y habitaciones limpias. Y sobre todo gracias al personal por hacerme sentir como en casa desde el primer minuto, sois los mejores chicos. Ojalá volver a Koh Rong para tener el placer de volver a alojarme aquí ❤️

Amazing place to stay, I enjoyed a lot. You can find whatever you want. Staff and people are just amazing there. I will come back to stay again for sure. My brothers 🤘🏻

Het hostel is 1,5 maand geleden geopend, dus alles is netjes en nieuw. De eigenaars, 2 Turkse broers, zijn ontzettend aardig, eentje kwam me zelfs ophalen bij de haven. De locatie is op loopafstand van zowel het stadje koh touch als nestival. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte is niet erg groot, maar daardoor juist gezellig. Enige nadeel was dat de airco s nachts uitviel, waardoor de kamer in de ochtend erg warm was. Verder zou ik het zeker aanbevelen!

Loved this hostel!! The staff are so welcoming and go the extra mile, the facilities were very clean. Great location, right next to the boat party which is from treeside hostel(2 min walk away), a 5 minute walk to nestival and a 10 min walk to longset beach. The walk to the hostel is up a big hill hence the name of the hostel but it was a perfect stay overall an I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone!!

We stayed at the hostel for 5 nights. When we arrived, we were immediately welcomed warmly! Whenever we had questions, they were very helpful, and the atmosphere was really chill. Beautiful view and lovely people! Definitely recommended!! Good luck with all the plans you guys still have!

After needing to checkout early of a nearby hostel, I thankfully found this one on Hostelworld and I’m so glad I did! The guys running this place are so hospitable and do their best to make the place feel as laid back as possible, one of the best hostel experiences I’ve had in SE Asia

Really nice hostel- staff are very friendly and the AC is decent. Up a hill but only about 10-15 minutes from the beach and from Nest. Good price too

C’est vraiment convivial. On se sent comme chez soit. Les gérants sont très attentionnés. À 10mins à pied de la plage. Calme, avec un beau lever de soleil en hauteur.

Had a lovely stay here, the views are amazing, facilities clean and the beds are big & comfy. All staff members were so nice and welcoming, great atmosphere :) It‘s a 10 minute walk to the main village and 20 minute walk to get to Long Set beach, really not too bad. Good breakfast and free water refill as well. Definitely great value for money, would highly recommend checking this place out!!

This hostel isn’t great. I got a bit mislead by the amazing reviews that are defo based on emotion due to the nice people who run the hostel who show great care for you. Unfortunately the hostel itself doesn’t live up to the reviews whatsoever. Beds were clean but showers were pretty average and not very clean. Didn’t receive a blanket, power cut out a few times and the location is so far away. Would recommend if you want to get away from th social aspect of Koh Rong to work/chill.

I can only recommend this hostel at 1000%. One of the best hostel I've ever been! The staff are awsome, the place is beautiful, best place to meet people, play pool and cards games. We did "family dinners" many times. Really good atmosphere! And the ice latte is yummyyyy ;)

Best Hostel I have stayed at in SE Asia. The boys who run it are amazing! So welcoming and friendly and had created an amazing atmosphere at the Hostel! Perfect place for a solo traveller!

This hostel is like a home. Spend the best time there. Thank you Volkan, Kagan and Zeyd you guys do an amazing job! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The view is perfect. The hike up the hill is totally worth it. Food delicious. Probably the new It-place to stay in Koh Rong. I will come back!:)

brilliant place to stay ,fantastic views great atmosphere ,the walk up was nothing like everyone says ,and certainly worth it ,the brothers have done a fantastic job certainly one of the best hostels I've stayed in the ,world if you are going to koh rang make sure you book hear you won't be disappointed ,fantastic .

Booked for three nights, stayed a full week! I loved this place, the owners are very nice,helpful and welcoming, it is a very sociable hostel with an amazing view! I really hope to come back again one day!

Wonderful large and comfy dorm beds with blackout curtains!!! Beautiful location and view, perfectly situated between bustling Koh Toch and chill, swimmable Long Set - slightly confusing the first walk to find (land Koh Toch, stay walking along the beach all the way to the end of Treehouse Bungalows resort, then head up hill briefly). Lovely team and common space, and sweet kitty!

Everything was amazing, would highly recommend. Great location to get between nestival and the town of Koh Touch for cash, food etc. All the guys working there so friendly and welcoming, perfect stay.

A good place to stay if you want to be able to walk down to quieter sections of beach. It's a bit out of the way if you want to socialise with people from other hostels though

The brothers that run the hostel are great hosts. They are very friendly and willing to help if needed. The view from the main area is stunning though the walk to the main beaches can be a little long. Bonus: they have the cutest tree climbing kitten that roams around.
