No wifi in my room Only 1 plug Toilette defect

Paid our deposit early in the year before heading to phi phi for new years and once we got there the lady said she’d put other people in our room because “ we hadn’t paid “ … had our names and bookings printed out on the desk but still refused to give us our rooms or refund us

It was - ok. Relatively clean, although certainly not immaculate, quite a lot of unexpected ’visitors’ in the form of local buglife, due to poorly fitting doors (tip - wet rolled up towel under the door helps, just don’t shake it out next morning if you don’t want a nasty shock). Sleeping a huge challenge but not hostels fault, from the local bars and other hostels, even though they don’t appear too close on the map, they are RIDICULOUSLY loud, Having said that, pool is phenomenal �...

Great little spot. Only issue is they must have double booked us when we first arrived and our room with 2 twin beds suddenly was not available until the next morning. They put us in a different room for the night but there was only 1 bed. Not ideal for 2 dudes. When asked about a discount, the amount given off was negligible. The actual facility is in a great spot, close to the beach.

Overall lovely staff as you’d expect in Thailand, nice quiet pool and incredible view. However, we had to leave a day early because of the noise from the beach clubs. It was unbearable until 2am each morning. There is nothing to block the sound from the clubs so it’s actually the loudest at this hostel. We had to leave a day early because we were getting no sleep. On the plus side, we had a private room and it was very spacious.

This is the perfect option to stay on Kohl’s Phi Phi but stay away from the noise! Beautiful location, pool, rooms, and staff were helpful and lovely.

Wouldn’t say rooms appear how they look in pictures, outdated with damaged furniture, toilet completely stained, didn’t have a view of the sea even though when we booked it stated we would. Door when locked didn’t seem very secure. Probably wouldn’t have stayed here if had known conditions of room and right next to beach where music is pounding until early hours of the morning.

Nice and quiet area with lovely staff

Arrived at the hotel and was told there was no booking under my name which is incorrect as I wouldn’t be able to leave this review otherwise! Was told by the lady at reception that it’s a different hotel down the road and was dismissed. Turns out they’d overbooked and other travellers were in the same position. It was then impossible to try and find somewhere last minute and there were no more ferries back to the mainland. Understand these things happen, but staff were rude and super unhel...

Place was okay. it is very very loud at night so you won't get a good night's sleep. I asked for my room to be cleaned but they forgot a few times. Pool was really lovely.

Door had no inside lock and outside door lock wouldn’t work. The fridge stank! Beds was stained with blood 🤮

This property is beautiful there is quite a few stairs to get to the cabins but well worth the view. Property was not to clean and when u flush the toilet everything comes up the base of the toilet spilling onto the floor of the shower and toilet areas. Staff was nice but s*** on the floor is unacceptable

The atmosphere and location directly at the sea is great. The room itself was good but the bathroom was bad. The shower was not separated. When showering the whole bathroom including the toilet was completely wet. The drain was next to the toilet but not in the shower itself. Means the water has to flow through the whole bathroom into the drain.

Lovely people, beautiful views everywhere, amazing g pool and not far from what ever you need

Ganz zauberhaftes, buntes und süßes Resort :) kann man wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, außerdem bekommt man jeden Tag eine gratis Wasserflasche. Der Pool war supi und die Betten sehr bequem. Kommen aufjedenfall noch mal ;)
