Spanish by the Sea - Bocas

I just stayed one night but everyone was really nice. The breakfast included was a big pancake with fresh fruit. The beds are aleeady a little old and metal and the rooms are furnished very simple but you have enough space for all your stuff snd the shared areas with the hammocks are very nice. The bathrooms and shower were clean.

Es war alles Bestens, bis auf den fehlenden Mückenschutz an den Fenstern. Dadurch mussten wir die Gardienen zulassen, d.h. ein gute kühlende Lüftung war nicht möglich. In der Nacht war es warm, trotz Ventilatoren.

Bon hostel. Mais il manque des prises dans les chambres. La localisation est bonne et le personnel est agréable.

Really great atmosphere, didn’t take the Spanish classes but everyone who did loved them! Good kitchen and common area, included breakfast was pancakes and fruit, really delicious. The biggest con is no AC, so it was hot at night with only fans. Staff were really nice, checking in and out was really smooth. Great location in Bocas town, can walk anywhere. Good taco stand right outside. Not a party hostel, but definitely social! Met some great people. They also offer tours at good prices.

Very clean, good kitchen and common areas. 4bed dorm was a bit small and only had fans so can be very warm at night. Breakfast could be better, was juste one pancake with some pineapple when I was there. Overall, good hostel for the price!

A really nice stay in Bocas with lots of local knowledge given by the staff. Would stay again!

This was a cute hostel, lovely and helpful staff. Only issue was the rooms were so hot as no aircon only fans. Bathrooms got dirty easily but great breakfast and a decent stay. I wouldn’t say it’s the most social but I went with friends so it was good

enjoyed our stay it was just a bit outdated in some areas. one night there were no plugs and we didn’t have access to any security lockers

Too expensive for the price. The room was nice, however the water wasnt running most time so no toilet flushing (disgusting if you have to pee in a toilet full of shit),no showering, hand washing etc., especially annoying if you come from the beach. It is not the hostels fault but my friend in the other side of town did not have that problem. One of the staff members was really nice and helpfull, the other unfortunately couldnt answer my questions (where to find cheap eats, boat station etc.).

The most amazing hostel I‘ve ever been to:) It had such a nice vibe and I met friends for life, just beautiful

Decent enough place on Isla Colon. Think it’s a bit too expensive for what it is, fairly grubby, and overall just okay!

All in all very good. Clean facilities, nice kitchen and relaxed common area

hostel is good value, and not close to town, has a lovely friendly vibe to it as a lot of people do Spanish school there which I actually would have liked to do if I had the time, Camilla was super friendly :)

Very impressed with this hostel. If I had my time again I would have attended the Spanish school.
