+ The owner was lovely and so helpful with everything, she gave us a free upgrade on arrival and lots of recommendations. The room was clean and had everything you needed.

+ Friendly staff and kitchen

- The bathroom was super small and dirty, the room was moldy and smelly. In general I can’t really recommend.

+ The place was magnificent, well equipped, and very nicely decorated. I stayed before at their hostel and it’s remarkable how they managed to maintain the same atmosphere and charm vibes. I loved their brand’s visual identity. Also they offered a fantastic tour in town, which included visiting the colorful village Klenteng, a temple, and a very beautiful walk in the heritage village. I really enjoyed it. Special thanks to the great tour guides Bilqis and Rian, they absolutely made the tour exceptional and unforgettable.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you might need, which is especially convenient for longer stays or if you prefer preparing your own meals. In addition, having access to a washing machine is a big plus, adding extra comfort and practicality to your stay. - My room didn't have a window, and the bathroom had a drain that didn't work properly, so the room was damp and there was mold in the bathroom. The whole room had a strange smell because of the dampness. I stayed here for three nights, and on the last night I received a message asking if I wanted daily cleaning and for the window to be opened to the reception area while I was out, to let some air in. This information came a bit too late, since I was leaving the next day. The checkout process was also a bit confusing. They couldn’t remember whether I had paid a deposit or not, and I didn’t have any information on how to check out—whether it was enough to leave the keys on the table or how the process worked. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

+ Die Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden ist wirklich unbeschreiblich. Wir wurde wie Familie behandelt. Besonders Feldi haben wir ins Herz geschlossen. Er hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen und ist auch menschlich wirklich eine sehr feine Seele. Die Ausflüge, die wir über die Unterkunft gebucht haben waren auch allesamt super. Wir hatten einen Defekt am Duschkopf. Dieser wurde vom Housekeeping-Mitarbeiter in kürzester Zeit ausgewechselt. Es gibt eine kostenfreie Waschmaschine inklusive Wäscheraum, eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Wasserspender (auch mit Heißwasser) und einen Kühlschrank. Mit dem Grab-Auto kommt man trotz der etwas außerhalb liegenden Lage für 20-30k in die Stadt. Besonders können wir auch die Batik-Class empfehlen. Für 200k pro Person macht man in 3-4 Stunden sein eigenes Batik-Kunstwerk. Kann man einfach über die Unterkunft buchen. Das war sehr cute.

- Unser Abfluss im Bad war leider etwas durch Haare verstopft. Da hätten wir uns etwas mehr Genauigkeit beim putzen gewünscht. Ansonsten hatten wir gar nichts zu bemängeln.

+ Really lovely Homestay in a fantastic location. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Free hot/cold mineral water, tea/coffee, and cooking facilities. Highlight was free use of excellent, modern washing machine!! Had a small hiccup on retrieving deposit at check out, but they resolved it swiftly and had an internal meeting to improve procedures which is very proactive and merits a higher score for them! If you stay, make sure to try the bakso with blue noodles and also visit Warung Bahagia!

+ L'accueil parfait 👍 les personnes qui y travaillent sont très sympathiques et ont pleins de bons plans. C'est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de Malang sans être dérangé par le bruit et l'activité de la ville...15 à 20 minutes du centre en taxi 👌

+ Je connaissais cet homestay j'y suis allé en imaginant que ça ne pouvait être que mieux Un peu déçu de ce côté là.. pour la chambre c'est ok pour le reste ????

- La personne qui reste là toute la journée ou presque ne parle pas un mot d'anglais et se soucis peu de votre bien être quand il démarre sa moto à 6h ou 7h du matin sous votre fenêtre. À l'inverse une autre personne qui parle un peu anglais vient d'un autre hébergement et vous reçoit peut rester très tard dans la soirée voir plus si vous êtes une femme. J'ai quand même peu apprécié au moment de mon départ qu'il allume la télé voir si elle fonctionnait pour me rendre la caution alors qu'aucun état des lieux n'avait été fait. Que ce serait il passé si elle avait été en défaut ?
