Go Yala Farm Villa

Such a gorgeous property! Probably the most beautiful one I have ever stayed at. The farm is gorgeous and the staff is so kind to give you a tour of the property. The room is also very clean and the A/C keeps the room perfectly chilly. They arranged my full day safari as well. The property is a bit far from town so stock up on any snacks, food, waters, etc. that you may need. Cute little stay in the middle of nowhere on a farm! It really was nice here. The staff is so kind and were always making sure we had everything we needed. They made dinner & breakfast for us (not for free) as there’s not much else around. Got to check out the local farm & the safari through them was tons of fun!

Stayed here as a solo traveler and really loved the vibe. The place is surrounded by a lake and a small farm with vegetables and fruits, so it feels very local and peaceful. I joined the sharing Yala safari which was well organized and good value. Staff are friendly and food was really tasty. Would definitely recommend!

A lovley farm to stay. They have a beautiful garden with many palm trees, banana trees, chilis, tomatos… The Owners are super friendly. The food was verry delicious and the breakfast was big.

Such a lovely stay here! We were shown around the beautuful farm, and very well looked after. So easy to arrange the safari through the hostel- and it was a brilliant trip, we saw leopards! Good food, and such a lovely vibe. We even saw a wild elephant from the hostel restaurant drinking from the lake next door. 100% would recommend! Overall good. Location is good and bad. It's in the middle of nowhere however it's right in front of some amazing wetlands which gives it a real safari lodge feeling. The dorm building seems very new and very nice. It got extremely hot at night and the AC was not on. Later I discovered a remote which none of us were aware was there. Dinner available at the hostel, price is average and the food too. Most people only stay for a night or two for the safari. Toilet drain area doesn't get cleaned.

Go Yala Farm Villa felt more like staying with a local family than a hotel. The location is beautiful, right next to a lake with lots of birds and nature around. Safaris were easy to organize and sharing with other guests made it affordable and fun. The highlight for me was the evening family dinners and social atmosphere. Clean rooms, peaceful surroundings, and very kind hosts. A great place to relax and connect with other travelers near Yala.

I chose Go Yala Farm Villa for the safari, but ended up enjoying the stay just as much. The property is surrounded by a vegetable and fruit farm and a lake full of birdlife, which makes mornings and evenings very special. Joining a sharing safari was simple and affordable. The hosts create a warm, social atmosphere with group dinners and relaxed evenings. Clean rooms, calm nature, and a truly local experience near Yala.

Staying at Go Yala Farm Villa was a highlight of my Yala trip. The setting is beautiful, with a lake in front of the property and lots of birds and wildlife around the farm. Safaris were well organized and joining a sharing jeep was easy. Evenings were relaxed and social with family-style dinners and good conversations with other guests. Clean rooms, peaceful vibes, and very welcoming hosts.

Amazing stay near Yala National Park with excellent safari service. Go Yala Farm Villa is a peaceful eco-farm stay surrounded by nature, lakes, and a vegetable & fruit farm. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable with A/C and hot water. I booked a morning safari and everything was perfectly organized. We saw elephants, crocodiles, birds, and even a leopard. Friendly and helpful hosts, affordable safari packages, and real Sri Lankan hospitality. Highly recommended for wildlife lovers!
