+ Schöne und saubere Zimmer. Feines essen. Das Personal ist auch freundlich und kann mehrheitlich Englisch sprechen.

+ Khách sạn rất mới, mới tới mức kính nhà vệ sinh phòng mình ở còn nguyên, nhìn xuyên được chứ không được dán phủ mờ. Phòng ốc rộng rãi và giá cả phải chăng. Vị trí không gần trung tâm thành phố lắm, ở đường quốc lộ gần cổng chào vào tp nên khá hẻo lánh. Nhân viên hỗ trợ khá nhanh khi cơ sở vật chất có vấn đề.

- Tới khách sạn check in mới phát sinh thêm 5% phí dịch vụ mà trước đó mình không thấy có nhắc tới trên thông tin của khách sạn. Tuy nhiên quản lý cũng đã đồng ý không tính phí này cho đoàn do chưa thông báo trước tới khách.

+ stayed in the dorm room here and absolutely loved the calm and peaceful atmosphere. The place is surrounded by fresh air and greenery, which made my stay feel really relaxing — a perfect escape from the noise and rush of the city. The dorm itself was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and soft lighting that made it easy to unwind. Each bed has its own curtain, so even in a shared room, you still have your own little private corner. The common area is also really nice, with plenty of space to sit, read, or just enjoy a cup of coffee in peace. The hosts were super kind and helpful, always making sure everyone felt at home. You can really tell they care about creating a warm, welcoming space for travelers

+ This hotel has recently opened but it has amazing services. Besides the beautiful riverside views, the local staff and quality facilities made this stay unforgetable. Also, they organize for you the Ha Giang loop at a great price. Definitely recommended.
