+ Helpful staff, clean pool (salt water). Decent beach bar and restaurant (only for lunches). We were given a large fridge than the standard minibar fridge. Well functioning airconditioning, nice bathroom products. Plenty of towels.

- Half abandoned estate with around 6 villas that are still operational. There didn't seem to be any back-up power generator, but power cuts were in general limited to no more than 10 minutes. We abandoned the option of eating at the hotel after one dinner and one breakfast and decided to use the self-catering and eat out in Watamu and Malindi. Most of the kitchen utensils however were no longer suitable to prepare food for human consumption, so we ended up buying a few pots and pans ourselves. We started off with two forks and knives for 4 people but managed to secure more by not returning cutlery... Place is not very accessible, dust road about halfway between Watamu and Malindi, with lots of turns and bends because people are building houses on what should be roads. Thankfully we had a robust rental car

+ Das Reinigungspersonal arbeitet sehr gut; schnell und sauber. Strand in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Liegen und Handtücher im Preis inbegriffen. Strandbar/-Restaurant Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet.

- Frühstück: Kaffee und Wasser wurden fast immer serviert, wenn wir fast schon fertig waren; auch Beschwerden änderten nichts. Auch das Servieren der verschiedenen Speisen war viel zu langsam; z.B. Würstchen serviert; nach 5-10 Minuten Omelette/Eier; nach 5-10 Minuten Pfannkuchen; usw. Dinner: War mit zwei Ausnahmen höchstens durchschnittlich In der Küche ist keine Mikrowelle zum Aufwärmen von Speisen vorhanden. Offenbar gibt es auch keinen Geschirrspüler (Gläser teilweise schlecht gespült). Die Strasse von Malindi nach Malaika Villas ist sogar für afrikanische Verhältnisse unterirdisch.

+ This is an amazing beautiful oasis between Malindi and Watamu. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa which was a good enough size for 2 couples. We spent a lot of time on the terrace and at the fantastic beach club. They have a wonderful private beach that is so serene. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and even came through with a last minute taxi contact to take us to the airport.

- The only issue is the location. It’s located on a very rough road that is difficult to drive on and takes about 30 minutes to get to the tarmac from the hotel. Most Ubers and tuktuks refuse to go to the hotel cause of this. It may make you reconsider if you want to be closer to the shops and activities in the center. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

- Słabe śniadania. Obiekt trochę sprawia wrażenie opuszczonego i aż prosi się o remont. Sama plaża ok, ale kąpanie jest utrudnione ze względu na wszechobecnych naganiaczy i wodorosty.

- No iron/iron board in the room,no bunker beds for a large family room,Poor bumpy road,high chlorine in the swimming pool
