Akilpo home

We loved staying at Akilpo. The room was big and clean, breakfast was nice with good company from Luis. The guys are caring for their guests. We (and our taxi driver) couldn't find the location at first, there is a very small sign at the door!

My experience at Akilpo exceeded all expectations, excelling not only in terms of comfort and convenience but also in the area of hospitality and service. The staff members here exhibit a remarkable level of professionalism and expertise, offering interesting suggestions for activities and excursions, which greatly improved my overall experience. Akilpo was a wonderful stay! The staff was SO accommodating, a big shout out to Esteban and Luis, they made my time in Huaraz so special and much easier to navigate, especially as a first time LATAM traveler. I would definitely come back to stay again!

This is what I save my five stars for. Akilpo was the best hostel we had during our travels through LatAm! The staff was super friendly and always willing to help with planning hikes or anything else, breakfast was the best and the beds were soooo comfortable!!!! Would recommend 10/10
