- Horrible el trato del personal. Inclusive discriminatorio y con amenazas, insultos y tentativas de agravio contra mi persona. Se está haciendo las denuncias respectivas a las áreas correspondientes. En más de 15 años de viajar, nunca me pasó algo parecido. Cómo es posible que Booking promueva esto. También me quejare con la aplicación.

+ The location was good, close to lots of restaurants and bars. The city center with museum etc. was in walkable distance (around 20 minutes) and the furnicular to go up Cerro San Cristobal is not even a 5 minute walk

- You can’t lock the doors of the room and you don’t get a key for the main door The „kitchen“ contains of a fridge and a microwave and the cuttlery is extremely limited

- Il problema é che devi pagare per avere dei servizi che negli altri ostelli sono inclusi tipo late checkin 3000 clp dopo le 21 o il deposito bagagli il giorno dopo.
