Gup Hostel

The crew are great, they gave me explanations, information about the city. I really enjoyed being there, but: I missed activities, the room I didn't liked much was too hot for the Easter, no ventilation, a bit dusty.

Despite the extremely dirty shower and toilet, or bathroom all in all, the beds had weird stains, the room was smelly, and the ENTIRE CEILING was covered in MOLD. Good thing we left 15 minutes later so I didn‘t have to take a closer look at the kitchen.. The vibe was just off and we felt incredibly uncomfortable.

O hostel é bem localizado e os funcionários são cordiais e bem educados, porém infelizmente a questão da limpeza deixa a desejar. Os quartos e banheiros apresentaram sujeira e pó, além de eu ter sofrido várias picadas de pulga na cama do quarto.

Es exactamente lo que la descripción dice. El lugar fue simplemente perfecto para nuestra estancia. El ambiente del personas es fabuloso. Definitivamente regresaría

Es para mí el peor alojamiento en el que he estado, súper sucio, la habitación y el baño daban asco, los platos estaban mal lavados y el refri diu.

This hostel could be a very good one, location good team is very Nice as well, however the cleanless is a serious problem over there,. I do not recomend to stay in this hostel because of that.

Clean bathrooms, clean & tidy kitchen. Slightly mouldy beds. Recommend showering during the day as water cutouts for maintenance are common in the area at night. (We had no running water for an evening.) Area felt safe with good grocery shops nearby.

1 - Não tem espaço seguro no hostel para guardar pertences de valor. 2 - Equipe do hostel ignorou minha mensagem perguntando informações de check in (absurdo pra quem está viajando e precisando de local pra ficar). 3 - Falta de tomadas. Quem é acostumado a ficar em hostel sabe que tomada na cama facilita muito a vida. Nesse hoatel não tem.

I stayed at this hostel for four days, and during my entire stay I did not see staff changing bedding. Given the high volume of guests constantly arriving and leaving, there should be visible sheet turnover and laundry activity, but I never saw staff removing used sheets, bringing clean ones, or any washing facilities on site.

The location is good and the staff is friendly and doing what they can. However, the hostel has a serious cleanliness problem. Some space was obviously not cleaned in a long time. We had some insect in our room (fleas, bed bugs?) and we woke up with bites. The staff really tried cleaning the room, disinfected what they could, however the problem was not solved and we ultimately decided to move out. We appreciate that we were given a refund. Could be nice, but really needs a thorough cleaning.

Expérience très mitigée… Le personnel est ADORABLE, l’ambiance est assez chouette, plutôt sociale et le prix très correct. Problème : après une nuit, on a retrouvé des puces de lit dans nos lits et casiers… le personnel a tout de suite pris le problème en charge, ont commencé des traitements et nous ont proposé une autre chambre, mais on était un peu traumatisés donc on est partis…

Nice hostel in Curitiba. No atmosphere, but chilled and relaxed with nice staff.. Recommended.

Um ótimo Hostel! Super limpo e organizado, camas confortáveis, ótimas regras de convivência. Ótimos espaços comuns, bastantes utensílios na cozinha. Bons banheiros também. Poderia apenas ter um bebedouro, mas é o menor dos problemas. Galera incrível!

Los chicos fueron super amables al recibirnos, y el check in estuvo en tiempo como acordaba la aplicación, muy comodas las camas

This hostel was very well set up and quaint. It wasn't very busy when I was there and there weren't any other guests or many staff who spoke English, so it was pretty quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The hostel is also a 20min walk to the bus/train station and a 20min walk from the main city center, so it is possible to get around some places from here without needing to uber, which is great!

Lo mas importante son las camas para un viajero, si es compartida que cuente con luz personal (no comunitaria), cortina para cerrar la cama, una tabla pequenha. Mejoraria solo eso, lo demas esta muy bien. Internet rapido, silencioso y limpio. Volveria

I realky dont know why this hostel has such a low rating. It is well located to both the bus terminal/city.The staff are suier friendly, and they havhave 2 cute dogs. Admittedly the hostel is sightly rin down but for the price you pay you cant expect Hilton Hotel standards. I fully recommend.
