The staff and owner treated me good so I even stayed an extra 3 days there’s plenty of restaurants and local markets nearby I definitely would stay here again.

This guesthouse, despite being fairly new, has a certain flair. You might not get the amenities of a typical hotel, but this is where the charm lies: it has a soul. You will be invited over by the smell of freshly baked bread cooking at the kitchen in the front. The owner, Adrian and his wife are great conversationalists and will make you feel right at home. Basic room with A/C. The staff are very friendly and lovely to chat too. It's in an area where you'll need to get a tuk tuk to the places you'll want to visit but for thethe price I paid I don't think there's a better value room in the city.

Staff was incredibly friendly, they even waited up to almost midnight for me after my flight was delayed several hours. All facilities were clean and worked well (Bed, AC, Shower, Toilet, Sink, etc.). Location is a bit far from downtown, about 45 minutes walk or a 10 minute quick tuk tuk. This was perfect for me, I went to the busy tourist areas during the morning and went to the local market and bars at night. I really loved waking up to fresh baking dough every morning! So delicious!!

I was treated beautifully the location is close to Russian market which has a lot of good food but most museums palace's train station closer to central market downtown. Grab taxis are $2 or $3 dollars to downtown but traffic is very heavy. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but needed a sink. All and all a quality experience for the money. Private room. But downtown and most cultural locations are 5 kilometers away but still easy to get to. Jacob
