Historic and Central House

+ Die Zimmer hatten einen schönen Ausblick und es war sehr sauber.

- Leider waren die Decken sehr niedrig also Menschen über 180cm müssen den Kopf einziehen

- Todo estuvo muy bueno

+ La habitación super comóda y tal cual las fotos de las mostradas. Volvería quedarme ahí.

+ Buena ubicación, ambiente espacioso con cocina y áreas comunes.

- La habitación era fría, la ducha del baño estaba descuadrada y no se podía cerrar del todo. Vi un ratón en la cocina durante mi estadía.

- A pesar de contar con buenas instalaciones, las habitación y zonas comunes son MUY FRIAS... no recomiendo en meses de invierno...

+ La habitación estaba muy limpia.

- La entrada a la habitación no es agradable. No tenía agua caliente. Las fotos de las habitaciones no son iguales en vivo y en directo.

+ Todo muy limpio tenía calefacción jarra eléctrica para preparar un té y el personal fue muy amable

+ We asked for a calm and clean room and we got it. The view from the room was absolutely stunning! Also being just in the living room was amazing because of the view! We could cook our rice and warm up in microwave things. Cooking tea with tap water was also absolutely fine. We had many calm travellers around our rooms so the stay in the house was absolutely relaxing. We also could leave our backpacks to store for one night without needing to pay that extra night when we went for a trip. We are very thankful and also happy for the perfect communication.

- Maybe the smaller kitchen.

+ Die Einrichtung mit der Holzverkleidung und der Blick auf die Stadt (nicht in allen Zimmern) haben uns wirklich gut gefallen. Es ist sehr gemütlich!

- Für große Leute könnten die niedrigen Decken (ca. 185 cm) in den Zimmern ein Problem sein.

+ The host is nice and very responsive via chat. She also speaks English well. Our room as well as the shared space looked charming, the view over Cusco from our window was pretty. Location is great, short walking distance to the most important places in Cusco as well as to shops and restaurants.

- - At the moment of our arrival there was no water at all (in the cranes or in the toilet’s flush). The host said that it’s an extraordinary situation, we trusted her and decided to stay. And then during one of the evenings there was no hot water in the shower and the next day there was no water, none at all, cold or hot, again… Spare yourself some nerves and just choose another place if you wanna be able to take care of your hygiene or to use toilet when you need. - It gets really cold inside as soon as there’s no sun outside. Good thing is that they provide several layers to sleep under and sleeping is fine but the moment you need to crawl out of bed or take a shower is uncomfortable. Also due to the low inside temperature, our towels were constantly wet. I’d suggest the host to change the guests’ towels every day. - There are 3 outlets in the room and only 1 of them is useable as the other ones are too ‘stretched out’ to hold the chargers inside. - We were supposed to stay here again during the second part of our stay in Cusco but we cancelled and found another accommodation (which had water and nice temperature inside!). I’m genuinely surprised by this place’s high rating. Maybe I can understand the coldness inside as it’s typical in the area (although funny enough this place is called ‚warm’), but these water issues are ridiculous. It’s not a strange demand to be able to use the restroom or take a shower…

+ The view from the bedroom overlooked the city, and it was spectacular. Mary, our contract was thoughtful, kind, and accommodating.

- Lots of doors and stairs to get to the room, but that's not a big deal.

+ Todo súper limpio y ordenado. La atención de Mary increíble!

+ Das Bett war bequem, die Aussicht schön und das Apartment nett gestaltet. Wir konnten direkt vom Bett aus den Sonnenaufgang hinter den Bergen beobachten. Eine spartanische Küche war auch dabei, wo man zur Not etwas kochen kann. Aber maximal 1 der 4 Apartments. In der Nacht ist es sehr kalt aber mit den Decken haben wir nicht gefroren, das Duschwasser ist warm aber die Dusche sehr eng. Habe mir beim Bücken ordentlich den Kopf beim Waschbecken angehaut. Der Weg zum Apartment ist mühselig. Man muss 3 Türen aufsperren, in der Nacht funktioniert das Licht eines Korridors nicht und die Treppen sind sehr kurz und steil. Geputzt wird nur auf Anfrage. Bei uns klebte ein Kaugummi am Fenster.
