Convenient location and clean but the owner tries to make extra money off tourists: I arrived at 6am after a night train(very common in Uzbekistan) and, although the room I had booked was free and clean, I was charged half the night to be able to check in early. The next day, I left at 6am for a flight so there weren't extra expenses for owner for early check-in: simply a way to make more money off tourists. I didn't see this policy on the reservation email and didn't appreciate it.

We stayed for four nights while we explored Samarkand and had a lovely time. The hostel was clean, the staff were helpful, and the kitchen was good. Also it is walking distance from Registan Square and the other main attractions in the city. I would highly recommend staying here!

Nice, modern hostel with big dorms and bathroom, plus heaps of space. Just a shame the mattresses feel like they're made out of the Stonehenge plinths.

They don’t care about you, they only care about your money! Initially I wanted to wash my clothes which costed a fee, which I had no problem with, that is normal, but I have a pair of red trousers that have previously dyed some of my T-shirts pink. So I asked if I could stick them in a separate wash, just a quick 10 minute wash after because I’d rather they didn’t dye my clothes again. The person at reception called his boss and was told that they’d still have to charge me, even for a qu...

Great hostel. Perfect location and very clean. Laundry was available and cheap. Staff was nice and waited up for us despite a late-arriving train. Would recommend.

Generally speaking neat and new place which is - except of the toilet - kept very clean. Main sights are close by and can partly reached on foot (up to 30 minutes of walking). If you want to socialize this is not the place. Staff incredibly rude and not welcoming at all.

Vers helpful and wlecoming staff. However the dorm consists in 3 beds in a room. I was alone though as the reception guy accomodated me so i coule be on my own and not with a group. Clean and within a walkable distance of Gour Emir

Great hostel. Still quite new and you can see it. Not much of a social place at least when I was there but great if you don't care about that. Bed was quite hard but surprisingly comfy so I didn't mind it at all. Kitchen seemed good, they even sell some water and drinks. Main sights are a walkable distance away.

The hostel is a new one. You have everything even laundry washing(2 usd), ironing, separate shower from toilet, full equiped kitchen, Cristal clean, all brand new and quality. Walkable distance from Timur Mausoleu - 7 minutes. Very good location near local markets and restaurants but close to main atraction. To be honest this could be the best hostel i stay untill now in Middle Asia .And i stayed in a lot. The two guys from the reception are extremelly(yes!) educated and helpful.
