Vista da Barra Hostel e Pousada

nos querían cobrar más de lo que la aplicación decía, siempre verificar el huésped donde reservo y cuánto cobrarle no es culpa del huesped que la plataforma o el anfitrión se equivoqué tienen que mirar y respetar los que la página dice que el huesped debe pagar. el lugar es hermoso limpio tranquilo, pero no es tipo hostel no hay ese ambiente, si buscar estr muy tranquilo ese si es el lugar.

Great value for the price here. It’s a in a good location near the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful, place was also super clean. Only drawback is it’s pretty quiet so maybe not the best if you are looking to make friends

I had a lovely stay at this hostel. Slightly tucked away from the city centre, it offers glorious views of Barra, the river and the beach. Walking distance to the city center, shops and the beach. Staff is super friendly and attentive - very good atmosphere, highly recommend!

Un des hostels les plus appréciables que j'aie pu faire pendant mes voyages. Le personnel était adorable, la localisation (env. 10min à pieds du centre) était parfaite car calme, l'environnement avec la piscine, bref j'ai adoré ! Le seul problème que je pourrais citer et qu'il n'y a qu'une douche et une toilette dans le dortoir de 13 lits, mais ce n'est pas dramatique.

No complimentary water at the room, couldn’t lock the room, no towel (only for rent), many many many mosquitos in the bedroom, couldn’t probably sleep. No creditcard payment, was inconvenient (I didn’t read the info good enough, but still). NO lockers on your room, you had to walk to another big open dorm, I didn’t like this at all. I did expected a bit more…

Good hostel with a great view on the beach and the village. Not super easy for socialising but a great place to stay for a few nights. Gabriel and his aunt are great owners

I had such a peaceful stay at Vista da Barra! The view from the pousada is amazing, and the staff is super nice. I stayed in the 6 bed dorm, and was the only one in there. The dorm is really well equipped with AC, a kitchenette, fridge and own bathroom. There wasn’t too much of an atmosphere while I stayed but if you want to rest & relax, this is the perfect place 🌺

Very nice, clean hostel with a beautiful view. Not much of a social atmosphere as there weren't many guests but you can tell the owners really want to make you feel at home!

My friend and I stayed 3 nights over the weekend of semana santa on vacation from university and we had a great experience! A special shoutout to Alejandro for taking us across the river all day long to get to the hostel! Traveling as two younger girls, we felt safe the entirety of our stay in the hostel and walking around the town, even at night. Would definitely recommend!

One of the most beautiful locations and Adrianna could not be more lovely 5min walk to the beach There weren't any organised events when we were here like in other hostels, but Adrianna will help if asked Not many bathrooms - I think (but not sure) one for a six-bed and one for a 14-bed, but when we were here it was quite empty so not a problem The view from kitchen is amazing

Hostels a bit of a paradise. Got a boat over, and is big and spacious with great views of Barra da Logoa. Staff very helpful.

Not a party hostel, in natural setting, somewhat of a walk from town but the best view in Barra. Great kitchen, comfy beds, chilly AC.
