Hôtel France et Chateaubriand

+ Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très varié ! La vue sur la mer

+ Hotel très agréable et confortable, idéalement situé à l'entrée de la cité corsaire intra muros. Le restaurant offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie entre St Malo et Dinar. Séjour que nous conseillons.

- La 3 ª cama de la habitación tiple era un estrecho sofá y no lo indicaban así en la pagina de Booking q mostraban una tercera cama no sofa

+ Great location, attentive and friendly staff, super useful that they had facilities to store luggage before check in and also after check out.

- The wait to check in of 45 minutes past scheduled time in the afternoon was not ideal. Especially as we'd come in on the ferry early that morning along with daylight saving and the added hour difference between the UK and France which threw us off balance by two hours. Having said that, the staff did their best to accommodate the situation.

+ The best part of this property is the location to the City center and access to restaurants, shops, and the wall - not to mention the views from our room. The staff were great and the room was quite lovely as far as our bed, layout and good pillows.

- Parking could have been explained a bit better. We did luck out with a great public parking spot close tot he hotel, but this could be shared better. We were really confused on where to go when we got there - and if we missed an email that’s on us.

+ Zentral und mitten im Leben direkt an der Stadtmauer. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat um so mehr seinen Charme behalten. Sehr hübsches und geschmackvoll gestaltetes Restaurant. Unser Zimmer wirkte wie aus einer anderen Zeit und wir haben uns mit direktem Blick auf den Zentralplatz sehr wohl gefühlt.

- Eine Abtrennung beim Duschen und eine Halterung für den Duschkopf in Kopfhörer wäre hilfreich.

- Front personalet var meget lidt hjælpsom. Vi havde bestilt parkering men de havde ikke oplyst at den parkering var uden for byen i et offentlig parkeringshus

+ La limpieza, simpatía del personal, habitaciones muy confortables.

- Por poner un pero. El papel higiénico son toallitas. Es mejor el rollo de. Toda la vida.

- J'ai demandé une couverture supplémentaire car il faisait froid dans les chambres mais le monsieur de l'accueil m'a dit que cela était limité à une par chambre et qu'il n'y avait aucune couverture supplémentaire disponible dans tous l'hôtel...Il m'a dit que les chauffagea des chambres ne fonctionnaient pas et que les clients utilisaient à la place les chauffages électriques. Je trouve cela dangereux, surtout sur la moquette ... Heureusement, le lendemain, j'ai réitéré ma demande et une personne de bon sens m'a donné un duvet en plus sans problème...
