extremely friendly staff and nice warm shower with good pressure!
It’s run by morons. I show up, they have no idea I have a booking, even though it’s made through HostelWorld. They told me it’ll be 10 minutes until the room is ready, I waited 40. The showers are cold, I didn’t have hot water at any point of my stay. The windows are paper thin so you hear everything on the street all night long.
Very homely place, the family that runs it will cook you breakfast every morning. They only speak Spanish, but they were really helpful and understanding even with my awful attempts at the language. Walking distance from everything you need!
Our stay was amazing! Felt very welcome and taken care of!
nice little place, owners can help organise tours ect. rooms are nice and has a good shower. only downfall, they will give an early breaky for tours booked through them, but not if you need to check out earlier for flights/buses, which is think is kinda tight considering youve still paid.
Very good location in a quiet area, large comfortable beds, nice patio, and lovely staff. Breakfast is included, and kitchen is available for those willing to cook. There's also the possibility to book tours at the place. Unbeatable value for money!
We had a double room with own bathroom, always hot showers and even a smart TV in the room. The kitchen can be used in the afternoon and evening and is well equipped (because the owners also cook there). Breakfast is included and they even changed every morning (french toast/omelet/pancake). The value for money is one of the best we had so far in Peru!
Richard and family were awesome in my two week stay. I can’t thank them enough. When I return to Huaraz I will definitely be staying here again.
The family are friendly and helpful but they only speak spanish which lead to a miss-communication for when we had to leave for a tour. The bed in room 1 was really uncomfortable and the room was very noisy from both peope ringing the bell and making noise in the street as well as people in the kitchen / dining room.We did not sleep well here.
In the information they have on the app, it says that they have an open kitchen; it also doesn’t say that you can’t bring guests to share a chat or a meal. It was 7:15 pm, I invited a friend to share what she was going to cook for me for dinner, because we were planning a tour; however, the way they spoke to my friend at the reception was very rude and very unpleasant. But the most unpleasant thing happened when the owner’s husband spent almost 10 minutes talking badly about ISRAELI and PE...
Really nice place. The owner waz really kind and ket us extend our stay for half a day when we had a late bus. Nice breakfast!
Sehr nettes Personal.
We spent 3 nights at Miradors and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us book day tours and gave us information on different hikes in the area. They even made us breakfast at 4am before leaving for one of them. It’s not a very social hostel but the people in our room were still very nice. I would stay there again and would recommend it.
Amazing hostel! Staff were super kind and helpful, even waking up at 4am to prepare breakfast for me before my laguna 69 hike. Not the most social, but the perfect place to relax after hiking all day.
Very nice hostel. The owners are very nice and help you with all kinds of things. Early check in was possible without extra charge (we came with night bus at 6:30 am). Smart TVs in the room, so you can watch Youtube and Netflix.
Great place to stay! Very quiet and no social activities so not the easiest to meet people as a solo traveller, but great tours offered and very cheap and comfortable. Staff very helpful and welcoming too although didn’t speak much English
Very nice place, the staff helps you wherever they can! The beds are very comfortable and clean, and the atmosphere is very nice as well (it's Huaraz, so lots of Hikers:) )
