Casa Palma Hostel

Don’t stay here, doesn’t exist. It’s a different hostel with a different name and a different owner. The old owner hasn’t taken this listing off of hostel world.

I get it’s new but I booked a private room with AC to turn up and the manager say they don’t have private rooms. I get put it a boiling dorm, only for 20 mins later see a girl walking in and out of her private room with AC. WiFi didn’t work at all, got bitten lots my mosquitos, room was boiling. Stay somewhere else.

Good stay, kind staff and decent facilities. Really good kitchen, decent rooms.

I would like to share my awful experience during my stay at Casa Palma. First of all, the stuff are rude and disrespectful towards the hostel guests. They made us feel uncomfortable and unwanted. We also had a very unpleasant experience when we left a beer six pack, which we had perchesed in the hostels fridge.
