+ Overall, this is a relatively new accommodation that appears to have opened only a few months ago, so the place is clean and still in good condition. The location is fairly convenient as well — about a 10-minute walk to BTS Ratchathewi station and around a 25-minute walk to MBK Center. The neighborhood also feels more local and less touristy, which we appreciated. That said, there are a few areas where improvements could make the stay more comfortable for future guests.
- 1. No lift & weak Wi-Fi on the 4th floor Guests should note that the building has no lift, only stairs. We originally booked a room on the 2nd floor but agreed to switch to the 4th floor after the host explained another family had an elderly grandmother who could not climb that high. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection on the 4th floor was very weak throughout our stay, even after the router was reset. Simple tasks like checking directions on Google Maps took a long time to load and I often had to rely on my mobile data. It may help if the property installs additional routers or signal extenders so all floors can have stable Wi-Fi. 2. Construction outside the property One day before our arrival, we were told that the road directly outside the property was under construction. While this was understandably outside the host’s control, it would have been helpful to receive this information earlier so guests could plan accordingly. The construction made walking with luggage difficult (there was no proper walking ground). We appreciated the help carrying our luggage during check-in. However, no assistance was offered during checkout, even though the stairs and construction made it difficult for us to manage our luggages. 3. Additional mirror in the room The only mirror was inside the bathroom. Adding an additional mirror in the bedroom area would make it easier for multiple guests to get ready at the same time, especially for family rooms (can stay up to 4 pax). 4. Toilet roll holder placement The toilet roll holder was positioned quite low and in an awkward spot, which made it a little inconvenient to use.

+ Чудесный новый отель в этом районе! Нам нравится этот район и мы всегда останавливаемся именно здесь. Мы были рады увидеть новый прекрасный объект здесь. Очень чисто везде, приятный персонал, готовый придти на помощь в любую минуту. Новая мебель, постельное белье и полотенца отличного качества, очень комфортные подушки и матрасы (возможно некоторым покажутся жёсткими, но нам очень нравятся такие матрасы для здорового сна). Отличная душевая, что очень редко для Таиланда. Удобный вход в любое время по электронной карте, приятное кафе в лобби, рядом отличное ателье и прачечная.Тихий район вблизи метро, совсем рядом магазины "7-11", рынок street food, много кафе с аутентичной тайской кухней, в пешей доступности ТЦ "MBK" и "Siam Paragon", пристань речных лодок для посещения центра. Обязательно вернёмся сюда!

+ The hotel is very conveniently located, close to BTS, easy to get grab and bolt. It is also very convenient to travel to Suvarnabhumi Airport bay ARL. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, there are many local restaurants, street food stalls, 711 stores, and pharmacies nearby. The host was extremely friendly and helpful.

+ Everything was very good. The hotel is only one month old and all is nice and sweet. All the staff including the boss (named Georges) and his father are incredibly kind. I think i vé found m'y second home in Bangkok 🙏👍

+ Uns hat es hier wirklich sehr gut gefallen! Die Unterkunft ist praktisch neu und dadurch sehr modern, schön und vor allem sauber. Das Personal und vor allem der Inhaber sind so unglaublich nett und gastfreundlich, dass wir uns direkt von Anfang an wohl gefühlt haben. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden definitiv wieder kommen!

+ Owner and family were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, with good AC and everything felt well maintained. The owner personally greeted me during a late check‑in, which made the stay feel extra safe and comfortable. The staff and owner were very helpful and easy to reach whenever needed, which made getting around and planning things in Bangkok much easier. Overall, this is a great place to stay and would definitely be a top choice again next time in Bangkok.
+ From the moment we arrived the owner and staff we there to greet us and made us feel very welcomed !! The room was modern,clean and had all the amenities. When we checked out they called a taxi for us and made sure we got to the airport on time. I come to Bangkok every year and will be definitely staying at this hotel. Thanks again George and staff.
