Uba Hostel

Muy hermoso hostel, no tiene tantas vibras de hostel pero supongo que depende de la época. Lo único el tema de que cobran 3 euros el uso de la cocina, esa no me la hagaaaaa

Lás camas son horribles, las habitaciones muy pequeñas y de las 3 tarjetas que nos dieron, solo una abria la puerta. Fuimos 5 a una habitación de 5 y ya era demasiada gente para ese espacio, además, la cama restante tenía un colchón terrible, lleno de muelles y muy cutre. La ducha era enana, te clavabas la válvula del agua en la espalda a la mínima. No había ni toallas ni nada, a pelo. Para pagar lo que pagamos, hay mejores opciones. No ir, por ejemplo.

A really nice hostel, located in a beautiful small forest and about 30min by bus from San Sébastian city center. Some curtains on the beds would have been appreciated though

Lovely place in beautiful green area. Modern and clean. Neat rooms, all works well. Shower cabin is very small but nice hot water. The mattresses are bad though. Felt like laying in a hole (tried a few). Bar is very nice for drinks / food. Staff are super friendly. Location is great esp. by car. Bus to the city center is very easy, 10min walk, 10min bus drive. Only problem in preseason are the school kids. Dozens running around the hallways screaming, for hours, until midnight. Enjoy 😀

It was about a 45 minute walk from the center of downtown but it was perched on the top of a hill so the views were gorgeous. You also walked through a lovely park, it’s all downhill there but kind of sucks that it’s all uphill back. While kind of far I enjoyed the walk and found the rooms to be clean and comfortable.

The cleanest hostel I've ever seen, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very well maintained and peaceful. Great value for money.

Hubo un problema con mi reserva y me pusieron en una habitación más cara. Además te cobran por usar la cocina, algo que no avisan en su web. El hostal está bien y el personal es amable pero está muy lejos de todo.

Scary scary hostel. Young people avoid

L’établissement est propre, mais très loin du centre. Il est difficile d’entreprendre une activité pas beaucoup d’animation pour une auberge, cependant très propre et très correct personnel agréable et petite restauration sur place délicieuse.

Weird vibe, lots of dog shit in the front lawn, cheap, weird location but fine cause I had a bike, cafe and bar is convenient, nice staff, laundry, everything you need

Cocina pequeña, una trabajadora me quiso cobrar 3 euros por eso de la cocina cuando su uso gratuito y cuando había habitaciones libres nos van agrupando como sardinas ,en fin

Paar dingen die mij zijn opgevallen. De douches zijn horror zeer klein echt klein. misschien verstandig te melden klim naar het hostel. en mijn lakens waren niet schoon. verder was het gezellige boel, ik had niet zoveel problemen met de afstand naar het centrum. de bar is geweldig lekkere koffie en zeer goede broodjes.

Al reservar en linea, la unica habitación disponible era una de 6 camas mixta, por lo que iba preparada para dormir asi. Sin embargo tuve una experiencia de miedo por la noche. Un huesped, se levanto a las 3 de la mañana y comenzo a maldecir en voz alta a muchas figuras de la religion. Entiendo que esto fue de parte del huesped, pero si creo que deberian balancear las edades de los clientes. Al igual que poner cortinas o algo para tener mas privacidad en cada cama.

La ubicación es muy bonita, aunque un poco alejada de la ciudad. Es preferible ir con coche, o dependerás de los buses para transportarte. El staff fue muy amable y muy simpáticos desde el principio. Es un edificio moderno, con instalaciones bastante limpias, y una cafetería. Estuve sólo un par de noches en el hostel, pero repetiría sin duda! Muchas gracias.

Bom hostel mas banheiro pequeno. Deveriam avisar aos hóspedes que vc vai ficar em quarto unisex!

good property well run

No atmosphere, no communal feeling, feels like a coffin with beds. You could only enter the kitchen if you payed for it.. Someone stole or threw out our (well-labeled) milk. The rooms were ok. After night one, we rebooked our room from a 6 bed dorm to a private double bed, for which we payed 58eu extra and then we did not have hot water and they couldn't fix it.

Good staff, the beds were a bit close to each other but I didn’t pay a lot so fair enough. The only real bad thing was that the front was full of dogs annd dog poop. Owners who didn’t take care of them. Dogs (plural) trying to steal our food and peeing next to where we were eating, owners didn’t care. To bad. I would have given better rating if it weren’t for the dogs.
