Todo bien. muy agradable
Verdaderamente bueno, bonito y barato! La atención es increíble y las 24hs. Las habitaciones son modernas y amplias. Tiene una increíble terraza con pileta. Está ubicado a dos cuadras de la playa y de la Quinta Avenida. 100% recomendado!
Got a private room. Shower head had 13 streams of water. No lock on the door, and blinds dont stop street light comung in so need a mask. Road noise is pretty lpud if youre a light sleeper. Only 1 fridge which is packed full of peoples stuff. But location and staff is great.
Nice place to stay close to the beach. I was in the 12 bedroom female dorm and it was very quiet. I would ask for a bed in the second "room" further away from the door and the bathroom. Very strange that there is not a single hook in the room to hang towels ++ This could easily be arranged. There should also be a mirror outside of the bathroom. Staff were nice. The fridge is a horrorshow.. Should be a place to hang wet clothes after swimming. Yoga Tuesday & Thursday for a fee started today 😃
Todo bien, menos la cocina. Faltaban implementos, solo habían dos cucharas.

originally, I wanted to stay for 2 nights, since it's clean, quiet, safe, good location (4 mins to the beach), and a great place to rest, I extended my stay to 1 week. The front desk people are very helpful. I will def. come back
This is a great clean place if you are looking to stay close to the beach and the center of PDC. The staff is relax and very helpful. The wifi works great and they have a big rooftop for public space. You can also work in the dining area if you want to use traditional tables. Hot water available. As long as you are respectful, they will treat you like a family member. Definitely recommend if you plan to stay in Playa Del Carmen for a few days!
DON’T STAY HERE!!! There are better options for a bit less money that will make your stay much more enjoyable! Honestly, I could only stay one night out of the three I had reserved. I was misled by some reviews mentioning the place was clean, but that wasn’t my experience. – The room had a terrible odor, was completely shut up, and had four fans — one of which was placed right next to my face. Sleeping was impossible under these conditions without risking getting sick from the constant...
Nas opções que eu tinha, essa foi a melhor e com melhor custo benefício. Localização ótima, perto da quinta avenida e da estação ADO, mas suficientemente longe pra não escutar os sons dos bares e ter uma boa noite de sono. As amenidades também são boas, só a cozinha que por mais que seja bem equipada, faltava um pouco de limpeza ou de regras para os hóspedes. O staff foi pouco acolhedor e profissional, com exceção de um jovem argentino que estava no turno da noite.
Personal increíble, habitación muy limpia y confortable, con aacc. Muy seguro y perfectamente ubicado. Con cocina muy práctica y limpia y roof top con piscina muy bien cuidado. Y todo esto a una relación calidad-precio exquisita! Volvería y lo recomiendo para cualquier tipo de viajero.
Great staff, relaxing rooftop, and very close to the beach
People had been living here long term & the shared female dorm had men visit at night. The girls in the dorm played music & sang all day and most of the night, even when someone was trying to sleep in the room. I asked to upgrade & the staff did not know how to do that. It had a very rough & party atmosphere. I do not recommend if you want to get any sleep or if you value cleanliness. This maybe just because of the group staying there at the time, but the staff encouraged their loud atmosphere.
It’s a nice place for a nice price. I like that it’s got a mature chill energy instead of party. Clean and people are nice. Nice location. Beds in the dorm are large. Nice kitchen. Nothing special but very nice place to sleep.
Heureusement que ce n’était que pour une nuit. La chambre était sale, et la douche je n’en parle pas… les bruits de 4 ventilateurs dans la chambre empêchent de dormir… je ne recommande pas.
I slept in dorms and they only turn on ac from 8 to 8. There are no other air conditioned spaces in the hostel and during the day it is impossible to breathe. Also it doesn’t have hostel vibes, no activities (although the app said there are), and lots of people that just live there and make the place feel their own. The staff at reception who could talk English were very nice, but the others not, and didn’t try to much to help me.
Llegue casi a la 1am y no había nadie en recepción estube esperando aprox media hora. Cuando yo pagué entrando el día anterior, estaba muy cansada y tuve que esperar afuera por qué en el lobby no había a/a. Las escaleras de las literas son muy incómodas!!! La ubicación es increíble definitivamente volvería solo por eso y la atención de la chica extranjera que parece rusa siempre linda. La alberca me gustó .
The atmosphere was fantastic, and the people were incredibly friendly. The staff, in particular, were exceptionally kind and offered great advice on places to visit in the area. I also made a mistake with my booking date and arrived a day early. The staff were extremely flexible and adjusted my reservation without any hassle. I truly appreciated their willingness to accommodate me. Overall, a great place to stay with wonderful service.
