Amazing staff and facility. So, accommodating and kind!!!

Very good hostel, safe and clean.

I was given a room on a different building 803 instead of 801 which I originally booked. I checked my luggage only earlier with their approval at 11:30 am. And the manager told me when I came at 11:30 that the room is ready. I don’t have to wait until 3:00 pm which was OK. Then I didn’t realize until I came at night then in the morning the room was never clean. smelly and not cleaned . They told me there is no other room available. I felt terrible.

This place is so unique in its features. It has so many different kinds of rooms and benefits for the best travel day ever! If you’re thinking of that next adventure that you’ve been wanting to take, don’t wait anymore!! Take the leap and book because you’ll find that as you arrive you’ll be in the exact place that you are always meant to explore. You will be nestled in the heart of beautiful Tampa. Conversing with beautiful people that surprise you with amazing vibes.

Awesome location, friendly staff, full of welcoming amenities. Close to the heart of vibrant downtown Tampa. Great choice for tourist, visitors, or anyone seeking to rent short term. One of the best places I've stayed while traveling the country.

I think I got bed bugs here, my body is itchy, I doubt they change sheets. One of tenants had his stuff in this 4 bedroom dorm and didn’t even sleep here, may have been using it for storage. I doubt they even change the number locks to the doors and porch door and entrance, the security is horrible. The bathrooms looked gross.

I’m going to be honest, this is the WORST hostel I was at. I’m sad I can’t attach images, but the place is dirty, I saw a small rat in the kitchen, the bathroom smells bad. The room is uncomfortable, one of the beds was a sofa bed. The walls are made of foam. If you want to breathe some air and go outside the amount of mosquitoes will bring you back within 3 minutes. The location is good because has a bus stop in front of, however not safe if you want to make a long walk specially at night...

Wonderful 3 day stay, the room was clean, well-maintained and bathroom was also generously sized as well as the spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The entire property felt very secure and had plenty of outdoor space to hangout in, The host Don was attentive, making check-in smooth. Property was super close to downtown with easy access to public transit. Great for a solo travel! Highly recommend.

Come for the ambiance stay for the staff Linda and Don are amazing super helpful and couldn't be nicer and I can't forget to shout out Joe iykyk

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, dato anche dal fatto che il proprietario mi ha concesso l'uso di una camera tutta per me. Ottima posizione, a pochi isolati dal terminal bus e da Ybor city. Molto silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza con l'autostrada. Non sono una fan delle lenzuola e asciugamani nere, ma in questo caso mi sono sembrate pulite.

First, it's a flop house not a hostel. There were 5 people here working everyday. Rules are not enforced. People in kitchen all house of day including showers. Bumbs in the place stealing your food, begging for items. A hostel has group events. Not this flop house! Hostels have family meals to do ice breakers. Not this flop house. Hostel have people vacationing and trained staff to help on duty. Not this flop house. I had two roommate's. Don't go here! 😞

Very good room

Palm Villa is without doubt a peaceful traveling place that is perfect in the Tampa,Florida area.I am enjoying my stay and looking forward to booking with Palm Villa again in the future. I am feeling it.
