It was a good property, really well located. The room did smell like a gym bag despite just outside smelling clean
The stay was comfortable, easy to book, and affordable.
This hostel (not a hotel) is rather overpriced for what you get. The good: the four person room was big enough; the roll-down covers over the bunks are a great idea; the bathroom and common spaces were clean; the space was accessible and close to public transit. The less-than-good: the fridge in the common area was extremely small; the trash there was always overflowing and had flies (!) around it; the blankets were not large enough; the A/C blew cold all night; there were no windows in the room...
Super, j’avais seulement vu qu’un petit dejeuner était inclus mais il n’y a pas vraiment de choses à manger. Cela n’a pas empêché un bon séjour, très bien situé !
First stay in Boston, also first stay in USA. I was amazing with how close this place was to everything! Location is definitely worth it! Felt so secure in the dorms, elevator, entering at night, the 24/7 reception is great. Rooms/bathrooms were cleaned daily. Towels always stocked. Nothing bad to say, had a great stay and when i return i will definitely book again!

There is no breakfast, it´s just a box of cookies and coffee. Also the pillows are the thinnest known to mankind. You get a fleece blanket that isn´t changed/washed between users, saw it with my own eyes,daily, cleaners change the sheets and then put the same blanket on the bed. The staff is a little meh, they don´t really care and the way the rooms were advertised is confusing. The location is great, bathrooms are clean(no lines either) and pods were comfortable with privacy,so not the worst...
Great location, safe and clean but lacking a big common area and a kitchen (since food isn't allowed in rooms). Would stay here again
With 4 pods and private bathroom, this turned out to be a really great place for our family to stay for our one night in Boston. It had everything we needed, staff was great, and the location is fantastic. Loved the efficiency of our private room and would definitely stay at Meco again!
I got there at 1am and arrived to a used un cleaned bed. They refused to give me a clean bed even though I saw many in my room. After letting them know about this they begrudgingly handed me a clean pair of sheets that they had me put on myself at 1am. I had to strip and put on new sheets at 1am while everyone else in my room was trying to sleep. They were completely unappapolagetic about the situation. I highly reccomend you stay at another hostel in Boston like HI Boston(it’s much better).
Perfect hostel the room was clean and I love the fact that you care a lot about each person’s privacy with the curtains on the bed
The guy running the front desk when I checked out (8/17 around 7 am) was high out of his mind. It was a bit awkward and embarrassing. I had to ask him if he was okay.
De receptioniste stond ons gapend en zuchtend te woord. Onze kamer was niet schoon gemaakt. Rolgordijn was stuk bij een van de bedden. Bloed in de badkamer. Er is op ons verzoek snel nog even schoongemaakt. De volgende ochtend zagen dat de matrashoes op een van de bedden die wel opgemaakt waren gevlekt was met bloed maar gewoon was omgedraaid naar de onderkant. Zeer ontevreden. Gemeld bij receptie. De receptioniste zei dat ze het aan de manager zou doorgeven maar vroeg niet eens ons kamernummer.

Pretty modern pod style hostel. Pods have privacy screens, fans, lights, pocket for storing stuff, and charging outlets. Bathrooms and building were really clean for a hostel. The building just lacked facilities, no kitchen, no fridge, no hangout area really besides the front entrance sitting area. Coffee and some light pastries in the morning. One block from North Station on the T transit system. Worked well for one night, opted for the 4 bed mixed dorm.
Great location and price.
The room was clean and checking in and out were efficient. Having a bed in a shared dormitory, it was very convenient that the pod beds had blinds that could be pulled down. There isn't very much shared social space (it seemed there will be a lounge on the top floor which was under renovation when I visited) and the breakfast pastries could have been nicer.

Great place to stay, felt safe + comfortable! Only issue was the shower head kept sliding down so you had to hold it. Pods were comfortable and lockers are large - they give you a padlock. Staff was nice!
