Overall the hostel was lovely. I did have an incident with another person staying in the hostel where I caught them going through my wallet trying to steal all my cash. I left for two minutes to brush my teeth thank god I caught him. Luckily the other people in the hostel were helpful and supportive. And especially Hannah the receptionist who was great at handing the situation calmly and professionally. She was a real help and removed the guy from the hostel and moved me to a more secure room
Overall it was a okey stay. The location is perfect you can get anywhere very quickly. The only downside is that it’s quite noisy. It’s located on a busy street, so you can hear a lot of motorbikes & cars, which goes on all night…. The staff are incredibly kind and very helpful! However, the cleanliness could sometimes be a bit better. the showers are not really clean. Overall, it’s a decent stay for the price.
Overall, the management and team were amazing. I faced an issue late at night in another apartment and contacted them around 3:30 AM. Despite the time, they responded immediately, waited for me, and made sure I had a place to stay. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and support. There hospitality is so amazing and you guys will feel as like home stay like and you will be really thankful for me ☺️ Because the place is so amazing and clean.

Can’t say I loved this hostel. There was a weird smell to the rooms & there’s basically no social area. The rooms were still quite warm with the a/c on & I waited around reception for like half an hour to check out & I didn’t see anyone so I just left.
Do not stay here. We were booked in for 3 nights but cancelled after spending 1 night at Kita Hostel. The toilets and showers are dirty and the locks are all broken, there is no soap. The hostel is unclean with dust and hair on the floors like they've not been swept in weeks. The bedsheets were smelly and unclean, we slept under our towels. We stayed in a private room, there was no curtain for one window and street light shone through all night. The hostel is on a main road and is incredibly ...
Very disappointing stay. The room was extremely dirty, with insects, and the mattress and pillow were greasy and dusty. The shared bathrooms were also not clean. Staff forgot to give me the entrance code, leaving me locked outside at night. The dorm had no lock and there was a lot of street noise, making it hard to sleep. I would not stay here again.
Great place to stay, very comfortable. Located in center of Georgetown, great to walk around and explore. Made my booking very last minute but the staff was very accommodating! Plenty of recommendations for what to do in Georgetown and opportunities to connect with other travelers via WhatsApp. Very secure and clean. Definitely check out the pancake place around the corner — delicious food and cute stuff for sale!
Für den Preis kann man nichts sagen, andere Hostels sind aber auf jeden fall sozialer und mehr im Zentrum der Altstadt. Das Personal ist jedoch super nett!
Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr zentralen Lage, in der alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, oder mit Bus bei der Haltestelle die in der Nähe ist zu erreichen ist. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett, auch viele Volunteers, die dort arbeiten. Die Betten könnten besser sein, sind aber in Ordnung. Die Duschen sind in der Main Area platziert, nicht in den Zimmern. Was cool ist, dass es heißes Wasser gibt, falls man sich Tee etc. machen möchte. Außerdem macht das Hostel gemeinsame Touren bei genug L...
Good hostel in a very good location. It can get really loud due to the traffic because is on one of the main roads where the buses pass by . Ware ear plugs to sleep. :)
L’emplacement est super safe, et proche de tout. En revanche j’avais réservé une chambre double et à mon arrivée surprise, pas de réservation. Donc dortoir, et les sanitaires ainsi que les draps n’ont jamais été nettoyés je pense. Une nuit, pas plus !

Nouvel établissement très sympa, une dizaine de vontaires y travaillent donc bonne ambiance ! Par contre la propreté laisse à desirer
worst hostel I have stayed in. Check in took a very long time as they had overbooked our room. Staff was rude and claimed they didnt know anything cause they were "only volunteers". We got a worse room for a small price difference and the room was dirty when we arrived. The toilets were dirty and most of them were out of toilet paper in the evenings. several toilets/showers had broken lock so you couldnt lock them. One of the staff opened our door twice without knocking.

Das Hostel ist extrem Schmutzig! Die Bettwäsche war nicht gewechselt, die Toiletten wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes kein einziges mal gereinigt! Die Duschen waren OK… Der Boden im Doorm war verklebt, die Wände waren so dünn, dass man gefühlt auf der Strasse geschlafen hat… Die Volunteers waren Freundlich aber hatten keine Ahnung was sie machten oder welches Bett belegt oder schon gewechselt wurde…
Think the hostel is new, it was okay for a few nights but not much of an atmosphere for a solo traveller. Staff and volunteers were super lovely. But the social areas aren’t the best. Pretty basic facilities but not bad for a few nights. Area is pretty good
A new hostel already off to a great start. Highly recommend, Berny and team really show that they care about making the place a success and making sure guests have a good time.
