Greenwood Hostel

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Am Feuer konnte man gemütlich sitzen und sich mit anderen Gästen austauschen. Große Gemeinschaftsräume, gut ausgestattet. Ruhig in der Natur, echt urig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Greenwoodhostel is a lovely, peaceful place. We enjoyed our stay there on the Kerry Way.

Logement dans une maison style chalet en bois. Arrivée et remise des clés très facile. Notre hôte était sympathique. Environnement très agréable avec une table en terrasse pour rêver à proximité de la nature. Possibilité de garer la voiture juste devant. Chambre rustique et petite. Salle de bain partagée où il fallait attendre son tour pour aller aux toilettes ou prendre une douche.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich zu uns und hat unsbei jeder Frage weitergeholfen. Die Unterkunft ist nur ziemlich abseits vom Geschehen.

This was a little gem in the countryside. The host was extremely friendly and my room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The following day, I was allowed to stay in the hotel for a few hours after checkout as I was waiting for a lift. I highly recommend this hostel and especially for anyone walking the Kerry way.

Ein tolles Hostel! Die Lage ist wunderbar direkt am Anfang des Ring of Kerry und nicht weit von der Straße entfernt. Das Hostel bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt, es gibt ein gut eingerichtete Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Holzofen, wenn es mal kalt ist, einen wunderschönen Garten drumherum und schöne, saubere Zimmer. Ich war mit meinen Schwestern in einem Familienzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alles Top! Das Haus hat einen wunderbaren Charme und ist liebevoll und kunstvoll eingerichtet. ...

Quiet location, full of beautiful things of all kinds. Improvements still need to be made in some places.

Siamo stati davvero bene! Molto smart il check-in è molto gentili all’accoglienza. Posto magico, in mezzo al nulla, casa ben attrezzata e confortevole!

Le logement atypique et sympathique avec tous les equipements nécessaires.

Excellente auberge de jeunesse à tous points de vue. Le seul petit bémol concerne la taille, réduite, du réfrigérateur et l'absence de compartiment congélation (notamment pour les accumulateurs de froid).

The only drawback is nowhere to shop for a walker. I think they should provide at least tea, coffee and milk for that price.

The hostel is far away from everything, really not easy to find (there is no sign to indicate the way). It's clean, there's a nice chimney. The kitchen is well equipped to cook. There is only one bathroom (with toilets inside) for different rooms. We didn't really see the host.

This is a great hostel and the host is very accommodating. It is a few minutes from town tucked away in quiet part of the countryside. The shared areas are unique and well decorated with plenty to look at. Highly recommend!

Sehr nettes, besonderes Hostel, ganz im Grünen und total ruhig. Alles da, was man braucht, saubere und gemütliche Zimmer, entspannter Aufenthaltsraum. Netter Empfang, man konnte sich bei allen Fragen melden :)

Good value hostel nestled in the country. Comfortable and Quiet Good for a one night stay.

Bonne auberge pour s’arrêter sur la Ring of Kerry. Un peu difficile à trouver en voiture cependant. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour y passer une nuit ou deux.

Hostel in a quiet beatiful place. If you want to get cozy adn have good rest, this place is for you! Thank you for hospitality, it was one of the best hostels for me so far :)
