A lot of facilities in the room (shower, bathroom door) were faulty and it was very loud all night

Could do with having a restaurant or bar food other than that 10/10

Probably the worst hostel I have ever stayed in, there was no water coming from the shower and when I asked the staff they recommended I just use a bucket.. wifi doesn’t work, the location is terrible, feels really dangerous. The thing that pissed me off the most is that I left the room for like half an hour and when I got back the girl from the reception had went through all my things that I left on the bed, she said she thought it was free and she misplaced half of my stuff. Horrible experie...

Hostel is perfect if you have to catch a ferry early in the morning. However, it is not really clean. The curtains of the beds are really dirty. I stayed for 1 night and often the there was no water in the shower, toilets etc.

Four cockroaches in 12 hours. One of them dead under the bed so they didn’t clean the room properly before we checked in. In the deluxe room the furniture was falling to pieces and the bathroom smelt terrible. The location is the only saving grace for this place.

Honestly don’t ignore reviews if cleanliness is important to you. Nothing including the beds felt clean and the location feels unsafe at best. Plenty of other places in this area that would be better.

Good hostel, the staff was kind, the cafe inside was not too bad with cheap prices; it was not too clean in general and they didn’t change my sheets… were dirty from the previous guy.

De buurt van de hostel was een enge buurt, veel daklozen. Wel dichtbij de haven voor een ferry te nemen. Geen elektriciteit of water voor een langere periode in de hostel en de rest van de buurt. Toiletten en badkamer stonken. Geen laken op bed, uiteindelijk een reeds gebruikt deken gekregen. Deur van de kamer sloot niet correct af, bij het sluiten bleef het slot uit de deur waardoor de deur niet volledig dicht kon gaan.

Das ist das schlimmste Hostel in dem ich je war. Die Zimmer sind extrem laut und es laufen überall Kinder rum und starren einen an. Nachts klingeln laut die Wecker, welche von einem selber ausgemacht werden müssen und die Kinder schreien laut auf den Fluren und im Zimmer rum. Nachts um 4 wird das Licht angemacht und auch angelassen. Von der Hygiene fange ich erst gar nicht an… einfach schrecklich!

Honestly the worst hostel I have stayed at. They should rename themself as saddest hostel. No one had respect there is mould in the ceiling. The rooms are not closed off properly so there is a gap in the ceiling. So it felt more like a 30bed than an 8bed room. Would not recommend at all.

Das Bett war bequem und es gab einen Vorhang, allerdings konnte ich in der Nacht kein Auge zumachen da die einzige andere Person in meinem Dorn total laut geschnarcht hat und ich bin nicht sonderlich empfindlich, dafür kann das Hostel allerdings nichts. Das Bad war okay. Der Gemeinschafts Bereich war sehr klein und das Hostel is definitiv kein Social Hostel. Die Lage is leider total mies nicht is in der Gegend was man machen könnte oder möchte. It’s an ok hostel to stay for a night if you have to catch a ferry. All the facilities are there, just don’t expect too much. Overall okay to stay.

Walking distance to the port. Private room was okay but the bathroom smelt awful, had to hold breath when you're in there.

Staff was groggy. Be prepared to be charged 50 pesos for towels, which isn’t even mentioned in their house rules. They don’t provide a receipt for the towel payment, which is questionable. The whole place smells like cat urine; on the third floor, it smells like cat feces, as if the mess is trapped in the ceiling somewhere. The room itself is cold with a good AC, and the bed is comfy, but as soon as you step out of your room, the smell of cat urine and feces is everywhere. The place needs ...

Really great location if you’re getting a ferry from Cebu (5-10 min walk away) Rooms were clean but bathrooms smelt quite bad. Great value for money as you’re getting what you paid for!

the property itself is nice however i will only suggest to stay if youre catching a ferry, the surrounding area is a little scary to walk at night with 100's of homeless people. nobody is friendly or smiling which is unusual for the Philippines.

Very helpful staff, comfy beds and nice rooms. Not the most social/ back packer type hostel as there were mainly families here.
