I paid 5 euros per night so I can't complain, the only unacceptable aspect is the low quality of mattress and pillows, really too poor

Lá falava que tinha pelo menos café da manhã , muito ruim, vc paga caro e não tem nem isso , mas quando reservei falava que teria pelo menos café da manhã. Nem um café puro eles ofereceram muita covardia dizer que aquilo lá é pousada sei lá .

Eu cheguei no hostel com uma reserva de um quarto privativo e na hora quando cheguei eles me falaram que o hostel estava lotado que o quarto da minha reserva já estava ocupado, falaram que o Hostel Word estava com problema e então tive que ir buscar outro lugar para passar a noite. Falaram que seria feito o extorno automático do valor que eu tinha pago da reserva e não fizeram. Realmente uma situação lamentável e por isso não recomendo o hostel a ninguém.

Very dirty place. Beds and bathrooms are terrible. Reception does not speak English at all. The only advantage is the price really, but for what it is it is still quite a lot of money.

The staff were very helpful. They understood my plans to visit Cipo da Serra and worked with me.

It was ok but the bed and matress was really uncomfortable.
