Belô Hostel

I had a very nice and pleasant stay in the hostel.It is not a large hostel and this allows you to quickly talk to the other guests.Many volunteers are employed there, all of whom are very friendly and helpful.Some speak some English, which has made communication easier.The "only" thing I didn't like was the mattress, which was quite soft or laid out.Muito Obrigado to the whole team for a great stay.

Now onto the negatives - there was no atmosphere and few other travelers, but thats just unlucky. One bathroom for FIVE rooms (20 people?) is impossible. Wifi doesnt really work in the rooms. Breakfast is very tiny. Some of the staff were pretty useless, no knowledge of anything in the city or even how to extend my stay. They also wanted to charge a fortune for me to leave my bag :(

it was really clean! they had friendly staff. close to a market and bus station and good security. good breakfast too!

O ambiente é muito bom, pessoal muito antecioso, e não tive problemas durante minha hospedagem. O hostel estava meio vazio, então não tive problemas com banheiro, mas caso tenha mais hóspedes, isso pode se tornar um problema, tendo em vista que é apenas um por andar.

Melhor lugar para se ficar em Belo Horizonte, recomendo!

Achei o hostel bem localizado e o banheiro e quarto com bom espaço. Tudo bem limpo e arrumado.

Local super agradável, confortável , limpo e seguro. Adorei , vou indicar para amigos e voltar sempre que possível.

Had overall a good time there. Simple and clean hostel with a very cool team of volunteers. Really regretting the way it ended, having to pay 68BRL to wait in the hostel until my bus. You should consider changing this IMO. Best

It was a bad experience, I saw in their website the check-in was 24/7 but when I arrived nobody open the door, they saw me and my partner outside and they didn't say anything, we had to look for a new place to stay at 1am, the next day we went to do the check-in expecting to pay just the remaining nights. However, they charge us almost everything and gave us a different room with more people that we expected, after 2 complains they gave us a better room but still was a bad experience.

Great spot! Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom and dorms very clean. Location is great for exploring the city and nearby.

A great hostel and good location. Not super social, but was also there in July. Comfy beds, but a few more bathrooms would be great. If English is your only language then it's definitely barrier, but the staff do all they can to communicate well. The kitchen has the basics needed

The negatives: They charge you 20 reais (four dollars) to leave your luggage after changing out. There's a stench of urine from the street that sometimes enters the common area, and the smoke from the bar entered our room. How they can allow dogs in there puzzles me. Positives: It's centrally located, clean and the receptionist is very nice.

Well the hostel is good, but.. blankets should be included in the original price .. it felt really bad to pay more for a blanket … it is okay when it comes to towers, hostels do not usually provide that, but a blanket ..

O ambiente é muito bom, parece uma casa mesmo. Tem café da manhã e de tarde sai um bolinho. Ponto negativo é que os quartos não tem chave (poderiam ter 3 cópias e dar pra cada hóspede que está naquele quarto, não achei tão seguro nesse quesito). Eles cobram a manta (10 reais), toalha de banho (8 reais) e se não me engano cobram cadeado também se você quiser. Voltaria mais vezes.

Its a clean and good hostel to stay, however not the best facilities to meet other people, But if you’re just looking for a bed and a good location this hostel is for you.

Es el mejor, me gusta mucho las personas que atienden, su amabilidad y empatía. Todo bien!!! Lo recomiendo a todos do el que viene ste Belo Jorizonte rizado nte, genial.

I think I was the only guest here at the time of my stay every room was empty but this was just before carnival I’d probably suggest too if you only a English speaker to find a different hostel, breakfast was abit disappointing loved the traditional food though also had no aircon on my room and shared a fan between a 8 between dorm.

Clean and simple. I was fond of the vibes and the slightly cold staff, but good as accommodation goes.

O hostel é muito bom, bem localizado, equipe maravilhosa. Fui muito bem atendida, só tive problema com o calor forte que estava fazendo em BH e o único ventilador do quarto não deu conta. Fora isso maravilhoso!
