I stayed in the Panoramico room upstairs. It is cute, clean, and comfortable with a nice view. Their are lots of curvy stairs to get to the top, but I didn't mind.
Not a great hostel. No keys (or way to lock) for rooms, only one bathroom/shower for shared rooms, unwelcoming vibe. Bed was super uncomfy. I've stayed in dozens of hostels and this was my least favorite
I had a very poor stay here. I was overcharged at check in compared to what Hostelworld said I owed. They put me in the Japan room across from the office, where you can hear everything. The ceiling is glass from a sunroom above, so lights and people looking down kept me awake. The place is full of mosquitoes, the bed is uncomfortable, and the bathroom is right in front of the office, which is awkward. The owner was also unfriendly. Would not stay again.
Great location in regards to proximity to the airport. Easy and safe to walk to even at 1am after a late flight. Staff were great, very friendly, and very helpful with the hostel and the surrounding area. Street food nearby was top notch. Will definitely stay here again when I have late/early flights in/out of the cuidad.
Great value, and though it wasn’t the nicest place I’ve stayed in, I genuinely enjoyed it nonetheless. It’s rough around the edges but had a lot of charm. The area is not the best, but assuming you’re just looking for a place before/after a late night flight, it gets the job done. Breakfast was actually fantastic as well.
Such a cute place! Walkable to the airport but you do have to wander and cross somewhat busy streets but it works out :)
Receptionist tried to overcharge me upon arrival by using the incorrect exchange rate, and there is a 5% charge for paying by card (which is not typical in cdmx). The room was cramped, not very clean and there were a lot of bugs. The location is close to the airport (20 min walk), but not worth it imo.
Good hostel for one night to get to the airport early BUT don’t expect any social vibes or any recos from the staff. I was freezing in the room, it smelled cigarette so bad because people smoke in the commons area around it, the bed wasn’t comfy at all, there was mosquitoes everywhere in the room (we were fighting for our life at night in the dorm). Also don’t go to the TV area apparently it’s for the owners only, it was written nowhere and they kicked me out of it while I was watching N...
SLEEP AT THE AIRPORT. BEDBUGS!! It is not secure, don’t leave your bags there. Terrible atmosphere - the woman that lives there is MEAN, they want you to just stay in your rooms (mixed dorms only) and she got mad at me for using the bathroom upstairs when the one downstairs was clogged. There is nothing around and it’s a terrible sketchy neighbourhood, and you cannot sleep due to CONSTANT blaring music with drunk people screaming all night. UBERS CANNOT FIND IT since they close the str...
Fantastic little hostel, not only close to the airport, but to walk to there full of little places to eat too
In general, nicer than I thought. Clean room and bathroom. Very good if you have a late/early flight. Walkable distance to T1, but doesn’t look nice to walk when it’s dark.
Great place, I didn't feel unsafe as others may have commented. Went to the airport at 3am with 2 full backpacks, nothing or no one made me feel anxious on the trip. I made it to the airport in less than 10mn. The staff was friendly and the bed comfy.
I kept getting stung by mosquitos and it was so incredibly noisy
pague muy cara la habitacion por las condiciones que tenia
I stayed in one of their extremely reasonably priced privates which, while being clean and comfortable, did not give me the utmost confidence in terms of safety. The neighborhood this hostel is in is considered to be a dangerous one and while the door to the building does require a key, the rooms are sliding doors that are closed by a hook and eye latch that cannot be locked from the inside. That being said, while I had reservations about safety I did not fear for my wellbeing.
The place is good enough. But I must to say that the staff were exceptional! They were responsive and helpful with a problem in my reservation
Very friendly and confortable. Beautiful and serene atmosphere. My only negative comment Is regarding the Attitude of the elder lady that bosses everyone around, even the guests. She tries to run the place like a prison. I Will not stay there again.
This place is veey convenient as it is within a walking distance from Mexico City's international airport. I highly recommend it
It needs a tad bit upgrade
