RMS Hostal - Reforma

They don't care at all about the guests. They're doing renovations and they moved all the guest across mexico city to different locations. They didn't take care of the expenses for moving btw. Never told me beforehand that that was about to happen, until i called them. And didn't care at all about the inconvenience that caused me. Even said that "in fact, i wouldn't lost that much money and that it wasn't an inconvenience at all". Worst customer service ever. Won't recommend to stay here.

Bien placé. Seul avantage de cet hostel. Les salles de bains sont sales et les machines à laver tournent tout le temps, y compris la nuit à côté des dortoirs

Cheap but definitely not the best. Bed was dirty, wasn't probably changed after the last person. Kitchen is barely usable, no ustensiles, no drinkable water. Bathroom are quite old, sometimes there is no water or no paper.

J'ai été facturé toute la durée de mon séjour alors que j'avais prévenu que j'aurais un jour de retard dû à des problèmes de bus, et ce dernier à été annulé sans que j'en sois informé. Je suis donc arrivé sans logement à Mexico et cela n'avait l'air de ne gêner en aucun cas la personne à l'accueil, qui était tout à fait désagréable. Je déconseille.

Very dirty, everything needs a good clean. Our bed sheets were dirty. The fan in our room was dusty. The curtain to our room had holes in it.

La chambre était pas trop mal mais le reste est à revoir… Pas de couverts dans la cuisine et les plaques de cuisson sont vieilles. Pas d’eau chaude voir pas d’eau du tout. Toilettes sales. Et quand tu en parles au personnel, ils n’ont pas de solutions, c’est assez exaspérant. De plus, la porte d’entrée était bloqué et l’homme de l’accueil n’avait pas de solutions et nous disait d’attendre… Heureusement qu’un des clients a réussi à ouvrir la porte

2x no water in AM. No one early in the AM has any agency to fix it or has been taught how to fix it. Bathrooms are moldy, hot water for showers only. Not sinks. No elevator. Kitchen poorly equipped. No forks knives spoons glasses cups etc.

La puerta del dormitorio no cerraba, así que pasé escuchando toda la noche el ruido de las personas que estaban en el patio. Los baños no tienen ni jabón ni papel de baño, realmente están en un descuido total. El único punto positivo del hostal es la ubicación.

Clean room and good location for a night or two.

Great vibes, great sleep, and everything felt well-organized.

Great location, but the overall cleanliness and bathroom facilities are severely lacking and need renovation. I was unable to stay overnight because of the unacceptable hygiene standards.

Half of the toilets worked, my bed smelled, and there was a constant drilling sound at night. Aside from that, the cleaning staff was very friendly. I hope the owners invest more resources into making this place decent for future guests.

Todo muy bien y muy buena ubicación

No había jabón en el baño cuando lo visitamos. Me gustaría que lo repusieran. Me alojé en una habitación de tipo privado cerca de las escaleras, pero no pude dormir muy bien ya que podía oír las voces de otros huéspedes resonando desde otras plantas hasta después de la 1 de la madrugada. Creo que el personal debería habernos advertido que nos abstuviéramos de charlar en voz alta después de medianoche, como se indica en las normas del alojamiento.

I stayed for one night in a private room. The place was not clean the bed sheets were dirty, very loud, and poorly soundproofed. The bathrooms were dirty, and the overall atmosphere was not great. People were up all night and you could hear everything. The location of the hostel is good though.

Camera ok, pulizia scarsa, abbiamo trovato macchie sulle lenzuola e sulle pareti, pavimento non spazzato, tutto in generale un po sporco. Bagni piccoli, toccavo la porta con le ginocchia. Doccia fredda. Cucina invece pulita e abbastanza attrezzata. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e curato.

Cold water showers, extremely dirty room(used condoms behind headboard) , I fell in the shower and staff laughed and was extremely rude.

The worst experience, AVOID AT ALL COST!!
