PUNA HOSTEL

Absolutely beautiful hostel and really nice vibe. Lots of communal spaces and a big social kitchen with lots of appliances. When we had a problem with hot water in shower they fixed it straight away. Just double check how much you owe before you pay!

rooms and lockers are big. kitchen has everyting you need. the waterpressure kinde sucks and the showers are often cold

Bij aankomst werd vermeld dat je alleen in cash kunt betalen terwijl op hostelworld optie creditcard staat. Hierdoor wordt er een toeslag van 19% berekend. De aangegeven prijs op hostelworld klopt dus niet. Het personeel heeft aan dat dit niet hun probleem is, terwijl zij ervoor kiezen hier te adverteren. Enorm ontevreden over de afhandeling hiervan. Lots of areas to chill in outside and great pool area super social, beds with curtains and the free food section in the kitchen was always amazing Only thing is no plugs by bed Staff were super lovely especially Cecilia and Mar - I kept extending for 2 weeks in the end and they were great about letting me extend on the day Got to pay in cash Unfortunately didn’t seem to really have a bbq area or a bar

Upper Beds in the dorma don't have sockets. Also there are no lockers. And they charge you 5k pesos if you want to stay a bit after your check out

Run away from this hostel !!! The staff is SO badly organized, they propose us a place to park inside their hostel and then during the night they message us to remove the car ! There are only 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, 1 cooktop and 4 really dirty spaces to cook for everyone. They tried to change us 10 000 pesos extra for no reason. The staff is useless and one girl slept with a man in our dormroom. No pressure in the shower and cold water. Bad vibes. We could go on and on...

J’ai chillé 2 nuits à Puna après une autre auberge dans San Pedro, la piscine est top (froide par contre) et dans la chambre (4 lits femmes) y’avait des rideaux pour s’isoler. Très bon séjour !

Die Unterkunft war ziemlich schön. Es gibb einen Pool und dort kann man sich super entspannen, die Sonne geniessen und sich abkühlen! Das Hostel hat auch eine Küche, in der es aber ziemlich voll werden kann. Der Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke! Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt dort!

I accidentally booked an all female room, and didn't realize it until I got there after a 16 hour travel day. I was so exhausted, and even more upset to see that there were no dorms available because i accidentally booked the wrong room. Nicole put me in the room with the volunteers and made sure I had a bed. She did NOT have to do that. Very appreciative of that

I really loved it people were nice and the pool was everything !

Kann das Hostel wirklich empfehlen. Tolle Lage, tolle Zimmer (auch reine Frauendorms verfügbar). Sehr nah zur Hauptstraße in San Pedro. Alles in allem würde ich wiederkommen :)

good hostel, last pickup when going on tours, 1 min away from a shop and 1 min away from the cheapest and best chicken shop. staff are useless but a worth while hostel tbf. someone stole our carabiners as well lol.

In jeder Hinsicht top! Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön, dazu haben die Zimmer (ich war im vierer Dorm) mit Gardinen und Wänden zwischen den Betten maximale Privatsphäre. Beim einchecken haben sie bei mir auch mehr verlangt als laut Hostelworld fällig war. Bei Hinweis darauf haben sie es aber sofort angepasst

Bon hôtel de passage que nous avons utilisé comme base pour nos excursions dans le désert. De manière générale l’accueil était bon et le lieu chaleureux mais il ne faut pas s’attendre à un 5/5 en propreté ni à une tenue de la cuisine (trop petite pour le monde) impeccable. Si vous êtes roots c’est fait pour vous :)

very shady hostel. when paying with credit card, they tried to chard an extra 10% and said that it was to pay for the 19% fee they are charged by credit card company. no statement made on website about extra fee. other hostels charge 3-3.5% for credit cards.
