Little Drifter Bondi Beach

BEDBUGS! Hostel and location in itself was really nice but I got bed bugs here. I told the staff and they apologized and will hopefully handle it.

The location is pretty cool, not far away from the beach. , the bathrooms were both dirty, and tiny. I was only here for one night and I thought it best wait to have a shower elsewhere. One of my other dislikes about this place was the card system to get in. It’s all digitalised, and you supposedly press the button each time and the door unlocks. Realistically, I was here for one night and it logged me out meaning I was stood there outside having to re enter details to get in.

Really cute hostel with nice common rooms to relax and socialize! Especially the movie room! The staff was super nice and the guy at the reception even carried my suitcase up the stairs for me!! The only downside was that the room and the toilet were really small.

Really lovely hostel, location is brilliant you are pretty much right on bondi beach. Not a very social atmosphere could do with some more events, bigger social area we often found there was nowhere to sit. Kitchen has a limited amount of stoves and it’s small so can be very hard to cook at meal times, was kept nice and clean though. Rooms were lovely although you always have an en suite there are only 2 communal toilets which is fine if your roommate is nice but can also be difficult

The whole vibe was so amazing, people there were lovely and welcoming. The common areas make it very easy to meet new people. The area is very nice, the staff was friendly and it was clean. Only problem was the size of the rooms

Loved my stay here. I had a private room and it was clean and fresh. Everything worked well and the staff was kind.

Tiny tiny rooms and bathrooms. But everything was pretty clean, staff was nice and the location is beyond perfect!

Kitchen and common rooms way too small and not cozy, no daylight because they are in the basement. No space for food boxes in the fridge. Bathrooms extremely small and no bathrooms on the hallway. Best thing about it is the location and the friendly staff.

4 bed dorm was very clean, comfiest hostel bed I have slept in since being in Australia. Premium location too with very helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

Rooms were tiny, toilets were tiny, hardly any space to move in either. The kitchen was dirty most of the time and the whole atmosphere wasn’t very sociable. Too expensive for what it was.

Great location! Stayed in a 4 bed shared hostel it was clean but smaller than expected there wasn’t much room to move. Friendly staff

Amazing location, so close to Bondi Beach! Very nice rooms and common areas as well, but the bathrooms were quite dirty.

Rooms are slightly on the small side and my bathroom was missing a lock, but overall experience was great and staff were super friendly

Really lovely hostel, very clean and super comfy. The staff are friendly and eager to help! As a solo traveller with more social experience in other hostels I wish this hostel had more of that, didn’t meet anyone here - not through lack of trying. Hostel doesn’t host much to get people together but it’s perfect location and great for pairs / more than one traveller. Loved having a bathroom in the room.

Biggest pros - cosy homely vibes, amazing location, quiet and calm evenings and a really lovely chilled atmosphere Cons - could do with more hooks or racks in room for towels and swimwear drying, would like the social events to happen more frequently than once a week as we missed them, the lady who helped store our bags was so lovely but other staff kind of ignored us when we arrived and lots didn’t say hi on the corridor which felt a little weird

Little drifters was clean and staff were friendly. Location is absolutely incredible so close to the beach. However, the bathrooms are excessively small and uncomfortable. There was hardly any room to move around. I would argue plane bathrooms are more spacious.

Nice location, clean hostel but very limited space - stayed in 4 bed dorm and it was very small room with limited space to put luggage. toilet was tiny also to the extent that yours knees touch the door while sitting on the toilet!

Super cool spot and great location for bondi. Single rooms were clean and bigger than expected! Not a very social environment and events were minimal turnouts

The vibes are great in Little Drifter! It's so close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. There’s also a good connection to the city! Very quiet and nice staff. Premium rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms are old and you can see mold. They do clean the rooms and common areas regularly, but the air conditioning is super dirty. The kitchen is a bit small, and not everyone cleans up after themselves or cleans the used pots, plates, or cutting boards well.
