ViaVia Entebbe

+ mostly nice stuff + good location + nice restaurant - no Internet in the room - party overpriced

I had a great stay at ViaVia! Super friendly staff and great athmosphere. Booked a bird watching tour with them til, which was great!

This is a beautiful place in busy Entebbe. I happened to have many mosquitoes in the room. I stayed in the dorm and the mosquitoes are in the dark corners of the bunk beds. Mosquito netting and spraying helped a bit. I advise to book a private room.

Lovely place to stay - feels so removed from the bustle of Entebbe. Great food, lodging, and environment. The dorms would be a bit cramped if they were full, but they were not for us.

Wonderful location, super accommodations, great food and really lovely staff. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

The main issue was the lack of communication from the staff. I asked them if I could checkin very early morning. They only replied to my email 1 day later saying it was ok and that they could provide me with pickup service from the airport. I asked the price. No answer. One hour before boarding my flight, I sent them another email saying that I would find a cab on my own. Then someone suddenly replied that a driver would wait for me for 10 USD. They just assumed and that's very disrespectful.

Very nice garden and restaurant. Small dorms and old bathrooms.

A cool place with a fine restaurant to laze about and spend whole days chilling. Black and white colobuses, waterbucks and lots of birds seen from restaurant terrace outlooking on a pond and forest, all in the city - a breathtaking view! Very friendly staff and no problems at all. Staff member took us from the airport to the hotel for free- thanks a lot again!

I had an amazing time at Viavia, the staff was incredibly friendly and the garden area is just the nicest place. I want to recommend the yoga class as well - if you stay at viaviw on a sunday, make sure to start your day with some yoga! The only thing was that I could not lock my dorm room, even when I was there alone untill 4AM which was a bit uncomfortable

We really enjoyed the friendly and relaxing atmosphere in the lovely open space, watching birds and monkeys and swimming antilops. The food and the service were excellent. And we even had the pleasure to join a live concert and listen to some awesome music. A place which is inviting to stay longer. The only point to mention is that room no 1A is really small and w/o window. So in case possible try to avoid it.
