They are thieves, they made me pay on an internet site, and they didn't give me the nights I paid for!
It was really hot inside the “capsule”. The atmosphere was a little uptight. Not a hostel for meeting people. Nice and clean and great location.
Good location for people who are planning to stay in Mong Kok. However, I find the service from the owner not good. You have to reach out for your access which should be the responsibility of the owner. The hostel is quite empty like not enough space to socialize, no microwave oven to heat food, no utensils, hard to get the key card, and USB socket is for repair. The only thing I like about this hostel is the capsule bed. Spacious and nice bed sheets. That’s it and the rest has to be improved.
great location, close to the metro station that can take you to anywhere inside Hong Kong. Clean and quite, no staff inside the property but you can easily reach them via wtsp.

Nothing wrong with this hostel. Quiet..pods are nice although mattresses not very comfy (they are maybe 3 inches thick). Check in easy although via WhatsApp. Location great. Bedrooms generally clean but bathrooms less so. The set up works and it feels modern enough. Kettle etc to cook with if needed
There was no reception, check in was to text someone via WeChat.The building and location was difficult to find. The bathrooms didn't have soap. Decent location and pods. Wouldn't stay again.
I had a very pleasant stay here, it‘s clean comfortable and safe and even has a tiny kitchen. Be warned it‘s not a social place and there’s no staff (you check in via your phone), but if you want a place to rest in a good location it‘s perfect. There are only two beds per room so you have a lot of privacy. Would definitely stay here again Info: if you‘re having trouble finding the door, only two out of the three elevators take you the the 4th floor
The walk-in checkin would have been easier if I received instructions beforehand. Instead, I had to call for the number attached to the door and receive the most unfriendly instructions. As I get in, I notice a couple of cockroaches welcoming me and hiding behind the toaster. I would avoid going there.
